And the lighting gave off the perfect ambiance for a date! The service here was outstanding! Our water glasses were never less than half. I didn't feel like he was hovering but he was also very personable! The smoked wings are a MUST! Some of the best wings we have had in a LONG TIME! They actually had a nice smoky taste! The popovers were light and the whipped honey butter was soooo good! The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and tasted amazing! The fish and chips were light and crispy! The fries are fresh and made in-house! We couldn't decide on one dessert so we got the creme brulee and affogato. Both were spectacular!! If you haven't been yet, this is an absolute must!!

They were exceptional during the planning process. Always answering emails right away and helping us figure out anything and everything. I had only been involved in one wedding beforehand and was totally new to all things planning and they were both always ready to answer questions. One example is when we found our there was an event in the space when we were supposed to have our rehearsal. My mom and I had a quick freak out but their team was able to get us in the 2nd floor to practice and even sneak us upstairs before the event to do a quick run through. When the day came, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Everything was PERFECT. Sometime during the reception, another woman on the team, Nathanya, took over and she came up to introduce herself and complimented me on the wedding. It made me feel really taken care of. My mom and I developed friendships with our planners and it was a much more personal experience than I expected which made it all the more wonderful. The space is not only beautiful, but the art studios on the 2nd floor make a perfect spot for the cocktail hour. We loved this because no one had to leave the venue at any time! Chowgirls is also the most amazing caterer. I got endless compliments on the food and desserts. I was nervous about having a buffet, but everything came out piping hot, and the staff just dismissed the tables one by one and it went off without a hitch! I would recommend this venue to anyone. It's beautiful and the staff truly cares about making the day special!

Bradstreet is a cool bar with both good food and amazing bartenders. You can't lose torn either Bob or Michelle. They are two of my favorite in a city of good bartenders. Finally the huge Good is that the TSA checkpoint to Concourse C/A is now open and it includes PreCheck privilege. No lie, 10 minutes from leaving my room I was in the C12 SkyClub. The not so good: this is minor but for a hotel of this caliber, can we get some glass glasses in the rooms. Bottom Line: this is a great spot for stay close to MSP, particularly if you have no bags to check.

The students were provided a limited number of tickets to ensure seating - they did scan tickets if you had them but it definitely wasn't enforced. The line to get in was chaotic. Despite there being multiple entrances to the center they only had 1 single line for hundreds of people - including the grads to enter. The security and staff did a poor job at managing the flow & logistically the security area was a waste. They were supposed to stop letting people in at 10:30 but didn't start moving the line until after 10:20. The gradation had a 11 start and started late (but that could have been more so the schools side, not sure). Most people were directed to sit upstairs. Very difficult to hear upstairs. Also when the graduation was over they locked us upstairs for over 20 min - preventing people from leaving. This was deeply concerning - for many safely reasons as it was already running over time and people had places to be. I will definitely avoid attending these types of events here.
