    Paradise Cruise buzzing the dock

Captains do not adhere to DNR rules to operate with NO WAKE within 150 feet of a dock. Continual problem with Paradise being the worst offender of any of tcruise companies. Best yet when I spoke to the manager he wanted to argue over versus correcting the problem. Denial. Won't use them for any outings.

First off, when you show up for the line in the morning, make sure it's the right one. Some people left for another morning cruise after realizing it's the wrong line. And judging from past reviews, it happens often. First in line, best seat. No assigned seating so get in line early. There are 2 levels to sit. The upper is quite nice but only 5 tables fit. The captain makes many current and historical points about each area you pass as you start the journey wich should last close to 2 hours. I feel he has been doing it a long time and enjoys his job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. If you are there for food, there are a few things to address for you. Coffee... it sucks. I would bring your own if you care about the taste of coffee at all. Also, the charge you $2 for a tiny foam cup (which you will have refill options of the swill). Also, a small cup of orange juice or and normal beverage will cost $2 minimum. There is a half bar also to start your morning with booze if you choose at, of course, a higher premium price. The plastic spoons for the beverages were covered in dirt and when pointing it out to the young server, he looked at them and said "interesting " about 3 times before getting new ones. The food. It was a fairly decent spread starting with fresh fruit, potatoes, scrabbled eggs, sausage, ham (no bacon) pastries and some type of baked pastry which was tasty. I'm about 90 percent sure the eggs were a mix though. And there's no restocking, so if your last in the food line (like my wife was) you might miss out on the berries or select items (like my wife did). The scenery is quite lovely as you slowly glide around the bay and beautiful million dollar home everywhere you look in various architectural styles. I could only give a three stars ad i paid and used them mostly for brunch and could have used 10 other bouts for just a cruise. Don't charge for coffee, milk or juice at a buffet.

Held a corporate event on Destiny II. Great staff and customer service. We would highly recommend this company.

Both models were 2 floors generally nice. I did like this most recent one better because it had a front deck and way better seating areas in my opinion. Staff were nice. The bar/snack options were only okay in my opinion. Very limited to type of drinks they could mix and also a tiny bit of inconsistency depending on who made the drink. The drinks were reasonably priced. The rental package I guess required a meal plan - which chips and salsa and veggie tray were chosen. They also sold a few snacks at the bar (a few typical bar snacks). We were able to use our own device to place music via an aux. It was a 2 hr event, we had so much fun the time went by really fast. I would recommend their rentals!

Both were 2 story boats with a stereo system, bar on board, and 2 bathrooms. You can take a look at the boat layouts online and choose one that fits for your party. When booking a private cruise, it is mandatory to select a food package so keep in mind that the price of the boat you see online does not initially include the total of the food costs and the additional taxes and fees. The staff have always been so nice and really create a fun environment. It always goes by fast because we are all having so much fun! I will continue booking through them because we have never had a bad experience.

There was wine and beer offered along with margaritas. A few of us ended up sitting at the front of the boat on the lower deck to get the best views. The bartenders and servers were very quick. There really wasn't ever a line at the bar and there was almost always someone around with a tray of food. The party moved upstairs about an hour later to a large room with warm wooden beams and large windows. I loved the decorations and place settings. It was very elegant. We felt quite fancy as our waters were constantly refilled and champagne was poured. I was also a huge fan of the dinner buffet with mini sausages, peppers and onions, the spinach dip and crackers, sesame chicken, sauteed vegetables and various infused oils and breads. At the end of the buffet was a build your own pasta option. They had three chefs: one mixed the veggies and meat, another cooked the pasta and mixings, the third added the sauce and finished heating it. It was very impressive and such a great idea! I would just suggest that they line it up in opposite order next time so that it cooks from left to right (following the buffet line). People seemed a little confused and the line was held up. At this weeding there weren't a ton of guests, maybe a little more than 100 (if that), but the dance floor looked a bit crowded. In this particular instance it didn't seem to be a big deal since most people seemed to be good friends and close family. I'm not sure if that was the wedding party's choice or standard. There was more space for a larger floor, but it wasn't utilized.
