It was a perfect two-hour tour, accommodating about 30+ guests, including a pastor who was able to come on board to lead the service. Everything looked pristine, with white tablecloths on all the tables, and they were so accommodating in letting us bring in our own floral arrangements to personalize the space. The setup was incredibly quick and easy, thanks to their modern amenities, including a casting system for the television and a Bluetooth-compatible sound system for our music. we held a biodegradable floral release off of the back of the boat for a memorial service. A special thank you to Stephanie for helping us coordinate and to Captain Todd and all of the amazing staff for being so accommodating. Despite some rain, they made sure everything was flawless for our small, intimate event. This wasn't our first time with Paradise Charter Cruises; we have enjoyed many casual cruises and family events with them on Lake Minnetonka over the years. Every time has been wonderful, and this was yet another perfect event to honor my mom. To top it all off, my husband, my eight-year-old son, and I returned for a follow-up cruise a couple of days later to enjoy the lake and reflect on the celebration. they gave my son special captain privileges which were part of an amazing memory. This is a fantastic company and we highly recommend them.

The staff were pleasant. It was discouraging as I repeatedly asked about the narration and was told it was going to start soon, but it did not happen. Please do not attend this cruise if you hoped for narration, as the captain seemed to want the day off from narration that was advertised.

It was a nice 2 lvl yacht w/ 2 bathrooms. I think the original food promoted was ribs and southern fried chicken but we actually had appetizers (meatballs & eggrolls) and 2 different salads, rolls and chicken alfredo for the main dish. They had an assortment of desserts. We actually had ribs and chicken the day before so the pasta was great. They offered free soda & had a cash bar. You could sit on either level, w/ options to see the front or back of the yacht. the lower lvl had indoor seating. We were able to play music. The 2 staff we had on the boat were nice & very personable. Loved the touristy facts we got while on the lake. Lake Minnetonka is filled with gems. Such a fun time with family!

Captain Dan helped me plan a wonderful corporate team event with about 20 people and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed the Fajita Bar, drinks, and beautiful scenery. The boat is an old streetcar that was sunk into the lake & then brought back up to be reused. Loved being able to spend a couple hours on the lake & get a little history lesson too. Aside from being attacked by Japanese beetles on the way back, we couldn't have asked for a nicer Sunday.

They narrate who lives or lived in these mcmansions. The food was a make yourself hamburger bar with chips, pasta salad and cookies. The hamburgers were prefrozen sysco quality. I ate mine wrapped in lettuce leaves. The bathrooms smelled. It was a nice evening out for free.

Both models were 2 floors generally nice. I did like this most recent one better because it had a front deck and way better seating areas in my opinion. Staff were nice. The bar/snack options were only okay in my opinion. Very limited to type of drinks they could mix and also a tiny bit of inconsistency depending on who made the drink. The drinks were reasonably priced. The rental package I guess required a meal plan - which chips and salsa and veggie tray were chosen. They also sold a few snacks at the bar (a few typical bar snacks). We were able to use our own device to place music via an aux. It was a 2 hr event, we had so much fun the time went by really fast. I would recommend their rentals!

Parking: free after 6pm, valet available, street parking - have to pay up until 6pm (2-3hr parking) Food: steak, chicken with pesto and potatoes with asparagus - everything was delicious! My steak was medium well- would have loved well done but it was part of the event so I can't complain! Dessert: the tray of dessert was good! Tirimisu (I've had better), cannoli - tasty and light, Lemon tart was definitely a hit I enjoyed two events there and it was a great experience! Staff were nice!

I've stayed in several luxury hotels, 4 seasons being one of them with way more accommodations for the price. Champagne upon arrival, champagne in our room very attentive staff etc. they do however have complimentary bike rentals which was a very fun surprise, we took a little stroll around, it's great being near so many restaurants walking distance. There was also a shuttle driver so that was a great addition. Our room service however took over 50 minutes to arrive.. we didn't get waters which I feel is a typical thing to provide with room service and my coffee arrived cold. we wanted late check out , they offered an additional hour and if we wanted any longer than that it would be an additional $75. No thank you. I too feel very out of place here in wayzata, so I don't know if it's a town I'd keep on my radar for future stays.
