Their waiting room is nice and clean and offers stuff for your little one to keep busy. The wait was not long and we were seen right away by Dr. Laura, she answered all of our questions and was great with my son. That was never disclosed when we booked, even though they asked for her information over the phone. They only x-rayed the one tooth for a price that seemed similar to a full-mouth set of x-rays, and refused to check the rest of her mouth, saying it was an "emergency appointment." Since the appointment was scheduled a week later, that made little sense and was never explained in advance. Overall, the communication and pricing transparency were very disappointing, and we'll be looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Heidi is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and gentle--everything you hope for in a pediatric dentist. What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns as a mom, never makes me feel rushed, and remembers even the smallest details from previous visits. At each appointment, she follows up thoughtfully, which makes us feel so seen and supported. She's also been amazing at guiding us when we've needed additional care, providing trusted referrals and clear recommendations that have made a big difference in Chloe's dental health. She's also very proactive in planning ahead, already keeping an eye on Chloe's development and helping us think through future orthodontic needs, which gives us so much peace of mind. Her approach is both proactive and reassuring. And from Chloe's perspective--going to the dentist is FUN! I'm still processing. From the second you walk in, it feels less like a dentist office and more like a Pinterest board for "how to make kids think brushing their teeth is a personality trait." The space is bright, clean, and somehow magically calming (??), which feels like a clinical miracle in itself. The staff? Actual angels disguised as dental professionals. They talk to kids like tiny humans with feelings (revolutionary), explain everything in a way that doesn't sound scary, and somehow make flossing feel like a VIP treatment instead of a betrayal. And the dentists--patient, warm, and clearly operating on a level of emotional intelligence that deserves its own award category. Our prior pediatric dentist had told me my only option was general anesthesia at a surgical center and 2 baby crowns on his teeth. We met with Dr. Patel and she provided us with a plan and decision tree that had a surgical center and crown as a last resort. She was very patient and explained all the pros and cons, but the key is she gave us options to make an informed decision. We proceeded with a treatment plan to approach each quadrant at a time and see how it goes. I am 3 visits in, and it has been extremely successful. No crowns, no surgical center. All standard, less invasive procedures. She moves quickly and efficiently. She talks to every child as if it is the first time they are hearing the steps of the procedure. This is huge because she puts energy and emotion into telling the child what will happen next. My son absolutely loves coming to the dentist to see her! (We used to visit the other dentist 3 times a year, and he would cry nonstop during all of those visits!). Dr. Patel and her team know how to talk to kids and make them feel safe. Getting appointments is easy. Roberta is quick and responsive, and explains the process to a T!

I expected a bit more personal attention, especially for the cost of treatment. The results with Invisalign also weren't as good as we'd hoped. When we came in, they addressed all our concerns promptly and thoroughly. We were even able to do same day treatment! Additionally, the office is EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Everything is very well maintained, and there are even amenities like iPads for the kids in the waiting room and coffee and water for when you need it.
