We were so grateful for his patience and expertise, and believe me when I say we *really* peppered him with questions. He enjoys teaching and sharing his experience with others, and even encouraged us to reach out to him afterwards if we had more questions. After the first sale fell through, we made an offer on a different property and requested Jeff to come inspect that one, too. Once again, he took his time to carefully review his findings with us.
