Tien did a thorough inspection of the house we want to buy. He was very friendly. His report of the house is very detailed. It shows all the thing that could be a problem and a short explaination why it is. Sone of the points I don't know it even exists like how all the plants have to be 1-2 feets away from the home. The report also tell us about what is covered and what is not. While even if it is not his responsibility, he still noted those that he didn't check so that we can have some other professional do it. The report also come with a summary and is color coded based on how severe damage is, which is very handy. read more

The report is very thorough and explains each aspect that they review. Not sure if they perform other services but I got a general home inspection so they inspected practically every nook and cranny of the home. Price was very reasonable for a single family residence. As a real estate professional, I never know what to expect when it comes to the buyer's home inspectors. Some can be not very thorough or not good at explaining the problems they find, but I found Tien to be very helpful at explaining what the inspection consisted of to my buyers. During the home inspection, he was early and had no problem waiting for me to arrive at the property to open the door to get started. He was very detailed during his inspection, checking everything and taking the time to answer any questions that I or my buyer had. Once I got the report, a couple of days later as we agreed, it was very detailed. He takes the time to point out the main issues you should be concerned about and gives you a description per area/room.
