A while back, I was in a serious motorcycle accident that damaged my C-3 and C-4 vertebrae ... for those who don't know, that's a very delicate and risky area of the neck. I saw a handful of professionals after the accident, but no one made a difference. Some seemed nervous to even touch it. But then I found Dr. Bruce. From the first visit, I knew I was in the right hands ... healing hands. She not only knew exactly what she was doing, but took the time to explain what had happened, what was causing the pain, and most importantly ... what the path forward looked like. She put together a detailed, personalized game plan for my healing and took the time to adjust it as I improved. She didn't rush. She didn't guess. She knew. And that gave me confidence and peace of mind I hadn't felt in months. Fast forward to now ... I'm back to doing things I honestly didn't think I'd be able to do again. In fact, every time I injure myself (which is, embarrassingly, kind of often ... I'm a professional klutz), Dr. Bruce somehow puts me back together again. I joke that I'm basically Humpty Dumpty, and she's the entire Kingdom putting me back together. I've sent countless friends/coworkers to her ... especially the skeptics who "don't believe in chiropractors" ... and guess what? One or two visits later, they're hooked. Their spouses start going. Their kids go. It's like a ripple effect of healing. And did I mention she also works on animals?? Yes, she helps animals with adjustments and massage therapy. If that's not next-level awesome, I don't know what is. On top of all that, her massage therapists are incredible ... these aren't just spa-style massages. These are deep, therapeutic, body-smart professionals who work with Dr. Bruce to help restore mobility, function, and long-term healing. The combination of chiropractic care and massage here is unbeatable. And the entire staff? Kind, helpful, upbeat, and welcoming every single time. It's a rare vibe ... not just professional, but genuinely warm and human. I honestly don't understand how anyone could leave a bad review. I've been coming to Dr. Bruce for years, and every single person I've referred says the same thing: "Why didn't I find her sooner?" So if you're in pain, skeptical, overwhelmed, or just unsure where to start: Start here. Start with Dr. Bruce. She's got the hands, heart, and brains to get you back on your feet ... or in my case, back on a motorcycle (carefully this time). - A FOREVER grateful, previously busted-up biker with a magically realigned neck

I've been through a lot health-wise over the past few years, and not only did Dr…read more Clements help straighten me out, but he also took the time to show me what I could do at home to further my care. I really appreciated that about him. So many people today seem to be in it for the money, and when a doctor tells you what you can do at home, knowing that it may mean you don't have to come in as often, that says a lot. It doesn't matter to him. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants what's best for them. It never feels like a money grab. Here's part of a letter I recently wrote to him: "Thank you, Dr. Clements! It's so refreshing to work with you because you really do care about us. After getting that roller and using it daily for 10, and now 15 minutes, I'm amazed. At first my back was cracking and popping. Now it's not, but it's getting stretched out better than I can ever remember, at least in recent memory. Most of the sensations I was feeling through my neck, throat, face, etc. have all subsided. Those were super scary too. OMG, my friend. I've had some days where it started coming back. I even had one wave where I went through every single symptom I had experienced, but it happened in about 20 minutes instead of 20 days. That was wild. So my body is still adjusting, but every time I stretch, I just feel that much better. Please remember what I went through and how much you've helped me. I know there will be others dealing with this same thing in the future who will welcome the relief. Just wanted to let you know and say thank you." Dr. Clements is an excellent chiropractor, a caring person, and someone I trust. I'm very grateful for the help he's given me and would gladly recommend him to others.

They're both incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really know how to get to the root of what's causing your pain instead of just treating the symptoms. Dr. Kim was the first chiropractor I ever saw, and honestly, he made me a believer. I was dealing with bulging discs that caused constant, intense pain. The medical doctors and physical therapists I saw only recommended pain medication and exercises that actually made things worse. Dr. Kim told me, "Give me six visits," and sure enough, after six visits, I was pain-free. It honestly felt like a miracle. He's currently helping me recover from a rotator cuff injury, and every time I leave the office, I feel noticeably better. A few years ago, when Dr. Kim was out recovering from an illness, Dr. Palzer took over my care. I ended up staying with him for quite a while for my regular adjustments because he was just as caring, skilled, and thorough. I've recommended him to several friends over the years, and they've all had great experiences too. The whole office has always been friendly and welcoming, and you never feel rushed. If you're looking for chiropractors who genuinely care about their patients and know what they're doing, I highly recommend Dr. Kim and Dr. Palzer.
