Absolutely amazing. I haven't seen a chiropractor in years (I moved) but I had to make an emergency appointment for leg pain so bad I was using an umbrella as a cane to get around (its the most use it's gotten in years). I did a quick yelp search and she was one of the highest rated in my area. I went in and after two sessions, which included adjustment and therapeutic massage of the leg, I was walking normally again with no pain whatsoever. If I could I would rate this place a zero. They are not transparent with what they charge. I called to pay them for a check that my insurance sent me instead for 173.32. When I called to make the payment I asked for the total bill for my office visit. You would think I was asking them to recite the Declaration of Independence. I couldn't get a straight answer. They got defensive making me feel like I didn't want to pay them. I didn't want to pay for the horrible service I've received. Long wait. Loud staff. I have been a patient here for over 3 years and recently had to move out of state. I had radical surgery on my left hip which resulted in loss of major muscle and some nerve damage. I tend to travel a lot and have seen other Chiropractors but none compare to Dr. Zarzana. She is so good that I would fly/drive from Arizona to Long Beach just to get adjusted. She is that awesome of a Chiropractor and a bonus she easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about lower back pain due to stress from wearing heavy belts. I have been coming to Dr. Z for more then 10 years now. I used to have chronic lower back pain due to pressure on my sciatic nerve and would have to go every week. Dr.Z is the bomb. She has a very thorough intake process where she assesses your issue(s) and prescribes a treatment plan. Each subsequent visit starts with the assigned physical therapy-esque treatment (ie. Cold laser, e-stim).. then the massage therapists come in. .. then dr. Z comes in to adjust. The massages are fantastic. ... While sometimes painful. .. its the good hurt that helps in the long run. Dr. Z has a bunch of fun toys like a "rapid release" that she uses depending on the ailment. Everyone working there is so sweet and they somehow have a way of making you feel like family. The gal up front with red hair is awesome... sweet relief since recently every great doc i have has a bunch of ding dongsin the office. They all seem to have a great grasp of anatomy and a genuine interest in what causes pain and how to treat it. My husband starting seeing her years ago and ii gave only stated this year. ..
