I've been able to go from weekly appointments to maintenance every 4-5 weeks now. I appreciate how methodical and intentional everything is. A while back, I was in a serious motorcycle accident that damaged my C-3 and C-4 vertebrae ... for those who don't know, that's a very delicate and risky area of the neck. I saw a handful of professionals after the accident, but no one made a difference. Some seemed nervous to even touch it. But then I found Dr. Bruce. From the first visit, I knew I was in the right hands ... healing hands. She not only knew exactly what she was doing, but took the time to explain what had happened, what was causing the pain, and most importantly ... what the path forward looked like. She put together a detailed, personalized game plan for my healing and took the time to adjust it as I improved. She didn't rush. She didn't guess. She knew. And that gave me confidence and peace of mind I hadn't felt in months. Fast forward to now ... I'm back to doing things I honestly didn't think I'd be able to do again. In fact, every time I injure myself (which is, embarrassingly, kind of often ... I'm a professional klutz), Dr. Bruce somehow puts me back together again. I joke that I'm basically Humpty Dumpty, and she's the entire Kingdom putting me back together. I've sent countless friends/coworkers to her ... especially the skeptics who "don't believe in chiropractors" ... and guess what? One or two visits later, they're hooked. Their spouses start going. Their kids go. It's like a ripple effect of healing. And did I mention she also works on animals?? Yes, she helps animals with adjustments and massage therapy. If that's not next-level awesome, I don't know what is. On top of all that, her massage therapists are incredible ... these aren't just spa-style massages. These are deep, therapeutic, body-smart professionals who work with Dr. Bruce to help restore mobility, function, and long-term healing. The combination of chiropractic care and massage here is unbeatable. And the entire staff? Kind, helpful, upbeat, and welcoming every single time. It's a rare vibe ... not just professional, but genuinely warm and human. I honestly don't understand how anyone could leave a bad review. I've been coming to Dr. Bruce for years, and every single person I've referred says the same thing: "Why didn't I find her sooner?" So if you're in pain, skeptical, overwhelmed, or just unsure where to start: Start here. Start with Dr. Bruce. She's got the hands, heart, and brains to get you back on your feet ... or in my case, back on a motorcycle (carefully this time). - A FOREVER grateful, previously busted-up biker with a magically realigned neck

I've come twice now to assess their hyperbaric oxygen chamber for Long Covid illness. I was ready to move forward with their $7000 package deal for 20 sessions, but I found their environment to be too chaotic. Lots of cooks in the kitchen with different information. There's a lot of people working there, but it felt like they weren't working together, and therefore communication was disjointed, and knowledge of different treatments varied wildly. The only doctor that I sensed had credibility and understanding was Dr. Nealy. Dr Brown lacks bedside manner. Anyone with a chronic illness with high sensitivities won't be able to put up with this environment. They don't understand complex illness here. I don't feel that the staff is consistently trained in empathetic communication. But if you have a sports injury, I'm sure this is a good place to go to
