However a gentleman was screaming at the cashier or the price of an item. Why on earth do people complain to a staff over pricing. The staff members here are always friendly and have clearly been trained very well by management. I never have issues here with redeeming coupons, and staff members are knowledgeable about their job. This location typically has a long line and is a very popular place to grab food in the Eastwood Mall. However, staff works quickly and ensures products are readily available to keep the line moving. They are always stocked on fresh pretzels and popular items, so customers do not have to wait. The pretzels here are fresh and hot every time and baked just the right amount. If you're ever at the Eastwood Mall and want to grab a quick bite to eat, Auntie Anne's is the way to go!

The boys got blue rasperry frozen lemonades of which I just sipped off of theirs. They were pretty good and tart. The way lemonade should be. My 5-year old dropped his while walking away but the nice girl at the counter replaced it at no charge. That's a plus. The pretzels were great too. My oldest had the regular while I had garlic. They were perfectly warm and soft with the right amount of salt. The garlic pretzel was just a regualr pretzel that they douse in a garlic powder mixture. Very, very garlicy-just the way I like it. The more the merrier in my opinion. This was the end to the boys day out as my youngest was tired of walking and wanted to go home. Just a great day to hang out and spend time with my boys.

There was the time my home girl and I had to kill some time, and ended up falling asleep in my car for several hours in your parking lot. A nap fully complete with blankets I had in my trunk. We slept like babies until our friends woke us up by pounding on the windows. The security guard didn't even give a damn. And the time my friend thought she was pregnant, and my ex and best friend said they'd go in and buy the pee test for her. When they were at the register, the cashier looks my ex in the eyes and says, "Don't worry, sweetheart...It'll be alright." My best friend, only 15 at the time, was pretty mortified :) But the greatest Giant Eagle Moment of All Time: A Vietnam Vet, dressed in complete fatigues and ass kickin' boots, was attempting to pay with a bad check. The cashier said she couldn't accept it. We were behind him in line. He starts going off on the cashier: Vet: "Do you know who the hell I am?!? I'm a fucking veteran of the US Army! You should give me this shit for free!!!" Cashier: "I'm sorry, sir, but this check isn't valid. I can't accept it." Vet: "That is the biggest crock of hooey I've ever heard!" (Insert my accidental burst of laughter here. The Vet turns around as I duck behind the candy display in the next lane, leaving my home girl stranded.) Vet: "What the fuck is so funny?! Do you know who I am?!? I'm a veteran of Viet-fucking-NAM!!" At this point, I grab my friend and we bee-line for another part of the store until security takes care of the issue. We didn't stop laughing for an hour. Ahh, good times.
