This is an old church that still has some of its original characteristics but was modernized to make it more of a beer hall. I really like a brewery that has a unique location and look. There's a stage and ballroom and also a large back room where vendors setup. (When they have an event) there's usually a DJ or a band playing music. They also have pinball machines and corn hole available if you feel like playing a game. There flagship beer which was a golden ale was really good as well, my husband had a pint. There's a taco truck on sight, Xmas trees decorated everywhere, and a friendly staff. My impression of the beers (always a subjective matter, of course) went down something like this: 1400 Miles From Home - a Key Lime Sour. Very light sour, to my liking, with all of the flavors in the description working together quite nicely Kolsch - another light version of this style. It is a good summer beer for someone who wants a little more flavor than a Bud/Coors/Miller Ohio Heat Wave - subtle habanero on the back end slowly builds, but that's about the only thing I'm picking up. This is a very light beer Hang 11 - a sweet IPA? The bitterness is as advertised. Would love to know the hops involved. Very drinkable, but don't expect a mouthful of IPA. More like a sweet, session IPA in my opinion Shooktown NE IPA - first taste hit very nice. Like most of them, it tastes very close to the description. I was especially disappointed to see Juliana no longer working there. In my experience, she was one of the best bartenders they had, and her departure over what appeared to be a petty situation was extremely disappointing. At this point, we will not be returning. A business owner sets the tone for the entire establishment, and based on our repeated experiences, I do not feel that the current ownership demonstrates the professionalism, respect, or customer service that a business should provide. Unless there is a change in ownership, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Especially since there are far better breweries with better beer, and the owners care about their customers and employees.

It's just minutes down the road from the Grove City prime outlets. They have good beer, PA spirits, Surfsides & food trucks. It is a gorgeous wooded area with a small & large stage. There is live music weekly, and in summer there's usually a few music festivals as well utilizing both stages. Many shows are free, but they also do have some ticketed events. Bring your chair or a blanket to sit on. September 26 was a perfect night under a full harvest moon. You couldn't have asked for a better evening! There is an indoor bar as well & smaller more acoustic acts, sometimes play in the inside area during inclement weather, but it's open year-round and you can even go on super chilly or rainy days (as long as there's no lightning, which is obviously very dangerous in the woods).
