She would not accomodate me and wasted a lot of my time asking me about Zoom and how it works. Then had the nerve to say I was persistent - that is so unfair when all I did was try to educate her on all the added benefits of Zoom that she's paying for and not utilizing and even going so far as offering to help her by sending her links on how it's done. This is a review on her bad customer service and her twisting my offer to help as being persistent and turning it into a toxic situation.

Linda agreed to post my poster, then the thought came to me, "why not get a reading?" So I did. She confirmed some things I knew were going on in my life, and gave me some answers I was looking for. Now, it's up to me to take action on the information she gave me. I'll be dropping in every now and again to post posters (and get a reading done!)
