From the outset, Kelley was a warm and welcoming person. She began with a few minutes of light conversation to put my mind at ease, then jumped right into channeling my loved ones. By using specific phrases and memories that would be impossible to find beforehand, I knew with certainty that she was connected to the spirits of my loved ones. She will also add some general wisdom and insight into the afterlife, and specific signs that your loved ones will send you so you can be looking out for them as a sign of reassurance. Kelley was very personable and made you feel comfortable. I have been to a handful of Mediums and this experience was just okay. There were some specifics that did come through so that was great. My issue was the time, again Kelley is super friendly and she started the timer but didnt really begin the reading as she was still small talking. Also, the second person (my daughter) didn't get much of the reading. For the price (300$ 45 mins) it was disappointing. If you sign up as the primary, you will get the majority of the reading. If you pay for a secondary person (100$ more) you should be aware their reading time is maybe 7-10 minutes I'm not sure if that is intentional but that was our experience. ** UPDATE ** I will be sending the Owner an email. I appreciate the response. The time was also interuppted by someone walking into the office during our reading which took time away and the conversation that ensued and conversation with us after the fact. Not in Kelley's control but another example of no accountability for the time. ** UPDATE 2 ** I am waiting on refund. Refunded half the amount, which I belive is 100% fair! read more

I have taken 2 of Kelley's mediumship classes (level one and two). I was not born with any sort of special mediumship ability so I was worried I wouldn't be able to get much out of this class. I was so wrong. I can now "talk" with my deceased Dad whenever I want to. Death isn't so scary anymore. The class is very accepting of all level abilities. Kelley is amazing! I kind of knew what to expect because her website is very detailed. Every connection is different so you don't know exactly how it's going to go. What a scam. I made an appointment to have her cancel on me and given a random day/time that I was rescheduled to that definitely didn't work for me. Let her know I couldn't make that appointment through text and because I didn't email her also, was considered a 'no-show' and was not refunded. It's taken me awhile to put a review cause I'm still shaking my head at my "reading". For the amount I paid close to $400 it wasn't worth it and it hurts my heart cause I so badly wanted it. I've been to other mediums before and Kelley seems to not really have her info correctly. My baby was crying in the background so we had to pause a few times until he napped so I keep blaming it on that, also something really important she should of known regarding the baby (as she clearly knew I had a kid) and she didn't bring it up once and I gave her multiple chances even hinting things. She was sooo sweet I wasn't going to put a review cause I know my mom who is in heaven wouldn't want me to upset this lady I just don't want anyone else to waste their money. I hope some of the things she read and said come true but so far I look back at my recording and give her the benefit of the doubt. This was my first experience ever seeing a medium. To say I was nervous is a understatement. I did a 15 minute in person reading. I really wanted to do the 30 minute but wasn't comfortable spending the money and not knowing if she was the real deal or not. Well after having my 15 minute session I really wish I would've done the 30 minute! The session was awesome and just when it started to get really good, it was over. It went way too fast! I scheduled a reading with Kelley just shy of 2 weeks after losing my beloved Nana. After seeing all these 5 stars reviews, my wife and I went to Kelley for a reading and I was really disappointed to find another person who claims to be a psychic but she is not. We booked an hour session with her and during the entire session she was very vague about information which she was providing. Also she was fishing for more information by ending every sentence with a question in the end. Most frequent phrase she uses is "do you understand?". She said things like: "I feel there is an old woman here, who is very loving. Do you understand?" or "Someone in your family moved away. Do you understand?. I sense it is your brother." (Me and my wife both don't have any brother) She claims to be psychic but she couldn't even tell that we have two children. She was only talking about one child (never specified gender). Also I just went through a really hard time she wasn't even able to sense that. She didn't tell or said anything which would have amazed me that "How does she know that?". I have never written a review on Yelp before but I thought I should share my experience with her so that others don't end up wasting their money. read more
