About 4 years ago AT&T [the worst corporation in America] did a number on me. They called me to ask…read moreto set me up with Uverse. They scheduled three separate appointments and did not show any of them. They disconnected my phone service after being a customer for 35years. I had to contact the FCC [which I highly recommend] to get them to reconnect my service. It took a month. They reimbursed me for $400.00. I subsequently went to MCN and am flabbergasted by the quality of their service. 1. No toll charges for long-distance domestic. 2. Outstanding service. If they tell you somebody will be at your house at a certain time they are there at or before the time. 3. Quality connection. It rarely drops out. I have unlimited data and am able to watch streaming videos off Netflix, Amazon, HBO, YouTube, etc. 4. When I call them I am never put on hold and they are always receptive to any issues. 5. A few days ago the city accidentally severed my phone/internet line. They repaired it but here is the kicker. When I called MCN to let them know the problem had been resolved they insisted on sending a tech to my house to make sure everything was OK. Now that is what I call customer service. 6. They were cheaper than AT&T by $80.00 This business is one of the best I have ever dealt with in any capacity. Highly recommend!!!
