I wanted to use an experienced contractor who would do the job well, so that it would not have to be done in a year or two, but at the same time, I did not want the job to be extremely costly. I got three bids, and neighbors warned me about other contractors who had disappointed them. Bulford Construction offered a fair price (middle of my three bids), and they have done work for us previously, so we hired them. Gordon and his wife, Krista, did an outstanding job. The entire surface was carefully power-washed. Two coats of stain were applied, and then the work was properly sealed. They worked for about 3.5 days. They were extremely careful with our landscaping and adjoining building walls. The results were superb. Before and after photos are attached.
