Sean was great at communicating to me what days they would be working and what projects they'd be working on those days. I got three bids, and neighbors warned me about other contractors who had disappointed them. Bulford Construction offered a fair price (middle of my three bids), and they have done work for us previously, so we hired them. Gordon and his wife, Krista, did an outstanding job. The entire surface was carefully power-washed. Two coats of stain were applied, and then the work was properly sealed. They worked for about 3.5 days.
