He said first they would pressure wash, then they would caulk the buildings, next put a clear protective sealer on surfaces that were exposed to the sun, follow that with two coats of satin exterior paint on the buildings and followed up with two plus coats for the trim.. They did exactly what was described above. The job was perfect and timely. The painting crew was very professional and respectful. The estimate for the complete job was competitive. He bid the work, was timely and on schedule once the work started. He left the work area clean once he finished. Jim is very meticulous and takes pride in his work, the finished product reflects this. Jim's work is excellent and professional, and we highly recommend him! Their other company is D & L Commercial Roofing Southwest. Look them up for the terrible reviews they get. They run roofing companies both in California and Arizona. Steve is a crook and liar who is backed up by Greg the owner. My family contracted with them to reroof our cabin. They took my $4,000 deposit, came and dropped materials in our front patio, started cleaning a cleaning a water tank but their equipment broke, and since only promised over and over and over to complete the job until AFTER A YEAR I had to go to the ROC and sue them. I contracted with another roofing company who came out and completed the job in two weeks (like these people promised originally). PICK ANY OTHER ROOFER. OTHERS IN MY COMMUNITY HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME TREATMENT FROM THEM AND ARE TRYING TO RECOUP THEIR DEPOSITES AS WELL. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors HAS SUSPENDED THEIR LICENSE and ruled in my favor. True to form Steve Harris and Greg DiMatteo are liars and thieves and still refusing to return the full $4,000 deposit despite no work being completed and keeping us from using our cabin for an entire year. Who knew ¼ inch sheet rock was a thing and it could go over the old stuff to provide a fresh, smooth surface to texture. Jeff also provided suggestions on wall textures to match some of the existing work to provide continuity. I'm scheduling them to come back and work on a couple more rooms as we remove the previous owner's wallpaper over paneling mess.
