From the beginning, Brandon, the owner, took the time to go over exactly what my wife and I had envisioned for the trim, body, and shiplap sections of our home. He listened carefully, offered helpful recommendations, and suggested a quality paint that would provide a beautiful, long-lasting finish. Our painters, Jose, Miguel, and Jose, were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and made a point of ensuring we were happy with their work throughout the project. Their attention to detail was exceptional from start to finish, and it absolutely shows in the finished product. Our home honestly looks better than it did when it was first built. A huge thank you to Brandon, Jose, Miguel, Jose, and the entire Silva Painting team for making our home look brand new. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and excellent results.

After waiting half an hour, I finally called him at 8:00 AM to ask if he was still coming. His response? "Sorry, I forgot." No sense of urgency, no professionalism, and no respect for my time. He didn't even offer to reschedule until I mentioned it, then said he was too busy and would refer me elsewhere. This review isn't about their painting skills -- it's about how they treat potential customers. If this is how they handle a simple appointment, I can only imagine how they'd handle an actual job. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. UPDATE! After posting my one-star review about a missed appointment, Jordan, the owner, called me and accused me of being malicious for sharing my experience. I explained that my review was accurate -- he didn't show up, admitted he forgot, and later changed his reason from being too busy for my job to having a family emergency. Rather than taking the feedback professionally, he asked me to change my review. I declined and encouraged him to improve communication and reliability. I stand by my review, which reflects my genuine experience with this company.

If you are getting your house painted with any contractor a few suggestions: 1) Nail down the exact colors and sheens you want for every surface. We went with a satin sheen on a surface that would have been better with a flat sheen. 2) Communicate, communicate, communicate with the painting crew and the general manager.
