Heads up for anyone who needs, not a good, but an EXCELLENT Painter. I am referring Brent Lockwood highly. His business card reads BAYSHORE PAINTERS and he can be contacted at (530) 308-5371. It was a pleasure to find a painter who communicates well and then follows through with exactly what he has promised. His painters were professional and followed his directions to the letter. At the end of our project in El Dorado Hills, he came and thoroughly inspected all the work to make sure all was in order. Seriously, if you need a professional painter Bayshore Painters Is who you need to call. Elle & Greg read more

Best decision we made was to pick this company. They didn't spray paint and do a rush job. They made sure to do the prep work and make sure we were totally satisfied. It did take a couple months to wait to get on the schedule and I'm telling you it was a Way worth the time. The paint staff were amazing. They were kind patient, courteous, honest, and dependable. I even made some changes and they had no problem, satisfying the request with no complaints. If you need your business or house painted, I wouldn't pick any other company. Thanks Brent and Bayshore professional staff. Happy client !! read more

Brent is one of the nicest contractors I've ever worked with. He was patient, readily available, great at communicating, and gave solid guidance throughout the process. When you're dealing with so much at once in these crazy times, working with kind people makes all the difference. The Bayshore team did a beautiful job painting the interior of our whole house, even with a few last-moment changes we threw their way. If we have any projects or issues going forward, I wouldn't hesitate to book Bayshore. Brent and his team went the extra mile to make our timeline work, and I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Brent was fantastic from the very beginning. We used his company for the entire outside of our large stucco home; kitchen and bathroom cabinets as some individual rooms. A big job! Detailed and professional estimate and referred me to a really good guy to fix a little dry rot issue. He was always overseeing the job and great with communication. Like many jobs we ran into some complications but together his team and my family worked through it fairly. The work was great inside and out! read more

Bayshore painting, I just wanted to say thank you for doing such a fantastic job on the exterior painting of my house. You guys are beyond professional, from the initial consult with Brent, to the courteous and professional actions of your painters, to the end result when Brent the owner who actually took the time to install the new exterior lighting and painted in a very fast and quality manner the last little trim that I decided needed to match my front door, at the final walk thru. Brent's crew finished my exterior and interior painting today and I am very pleased with the attention to detail and quality. Brent was on site at different stages to check on progress and always easy to reach in order to get all my questions answered before and during the project. The crew also helped with removal of old window shutters and did the painting and installation of new ones I provided. Special thanks to the crew (Clint, Brayden and Gavin) for working through the project to conclusion during some very hot days (100+) . I highly recommend Bayshore Painters! read more

Emalled me back with a refusal to accept the job, no reason given, simply no interest in making a bid.

Brent impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism as soon as we met him. Our house was long overdue for exterior paint and protection. Brent thoroughly explained what he would do to restore it giving me confidence from the start. His crew did a very detailed job going back over areas numerous times when THEY weren't satisfied. They were friendly and hard working. We are extremely pleased, with the end result being beyond our expectations. We just moved to from El Dorado Hills to Folsom and had Bayshore paint nearly all the interior of our 4 bed / 3ba house, including a large 2 story "great room" area. And we updated some super dark walls with some really light colors that took 3-4 coats to cover. They were prompt, courteous and responsive, and we're very happy with the quality of the paint job and would definitely use them again. Thanks Bayshore! read more

Had the "tall" part of our house and deck rails painted, and it all turned out great. They were quick, efficient, friendly. Price was reasonable. Brent helped us solve lots of problem areas due to heat/sun. Thought we wanted to paint the rest of the house ourselves but decided because they did such a great job we'd have them do the whole house. Turned out great, love it! Thanks Brent! read more

Brent and team did an excellent job finishing the circular staircase in our entryway. The treads had been in place for a while before I could have them finished -- and consequently were damaged and stained. Brent's guys did a great job chalking, sanding, staining and sealing the treads and risers. They came back a refinished portions that, because of the prior damage, did not stain evenly. Very happy with the price, the work, the follow-up, and Brent's crew. Would recommend them to anyone. read more
