Right when you pull into the parking lot, the horror begins. Sidewalks and parking lot that look to be neglected with trash strewn along the outside of the building. Smells.. It definitely could do with a good power washing. Inside is just a bit better. The floors are scuffed up, dirty and "sticky" in some areas. Warning, right as you walk in there are towering tall motion activated grisly figures that move and make ghoulish noises. The gruesome horror theme continues with an apocalyptic subway scene with more figures. That scene dominates the middle of the open floor plan. To the left are costumes for adults. PG rated costumes including Disney and Pixar. The adult adult costumes are towards the back of the shop. But they did have a costume in the front that featured a body part which probably should have been displayed in the back of the shop. I heard and saw several fathers nervously ignoring their young children when asked what that costume was. The shop also has dog, children's, toddler, and baby Halloween costumes. But to get to the children's costume, you have to pass through the gruesome apocalyptic subway scene that dominates the front entrance and middle of the shop. This could be traumatizing for the little ones. And if you feel you are being watched, you probably are. Staff are trained to keep an eye out for potential shoplifting. They aren't sly about it.

I think it's a great option for costumes for kids and adults that get into Halloween. I loved their moving displays in the center of the building and the big doll display from Squid Game. They have a huge array of different costumes for kids and adults and dogs. They had fog machines and a lot of of spooky decorations like frames and doormats and things you can hang on your windows. Things are a little pricey, I'm not sure about the quality of some of the costumes, but it's definitely a great option for where we are at. I never had a problem with employees following me around, but they do roam the stores because there's a lot of kids there touching displays and running around. Some without parent supervision so I understand. Employees were generally very friendly and helpful.
