John provided a bid with a complete breakdown of project tasks and included materials which left no questions on our end. He provided info on where to get our bath products, tile and countertops and said it would take about 2 weeks to complete. ("yeah...right" I thought to myself). It took 2 weeks and a day (including shower glass installation)! From day one, they would show up at 8 am sharp, wait for the entire crew to arrive before knocking, and work straight through till 5pm. They were clean, courteous and meticulous in their workmanship. John would let me know what would occur over the next couple of days which was great as I was able to have things ready for the crew to power through and get it done. John even came back out to the house to re-install a mirror (we opted for a larger mirror) after the project was completed. We agreed on a schedule and had a crew come out in a few days. They were punctual and professional.
