We noticed a roof leak dropping from the bathroom ceiling early morning on Tuesday, 10/14. I left a…read morevoice mail, and Andy called back soon afterwards. He was backed up, but could drop by to look at the situation on Saturday, 10/18. He called on Thursday, 10/16 to check if we were doing OK. On Saturday, he arrived on time. He was very friendly and informative. He is a good teacher and shared information while showing us various material to explain. He spent a lot of time investigating the problem thoroughly, and found what he believed to be the problem. Because he'd already uncovered the roof in that area, he decided to just do the work at that time, rather than schedule it for a few weeks when he had available time. This meant he had to delay his next appointment by at least an hour, maybe two, but we were very happy that we could get it fixed so quickly, before the next rain. He provided us with a HUGE number of photos and videos of our roof, taken with both his phone and his drone. They were very helpful in understanding what the problem was, how he fixed it, and other potential issues. He also gave us a few referrals to properly clean the roof of moss, fix gutter issues, etc., and suggested to cut down tree branches hanging over the roof. He also suggested we call him back next Spring to do a more thorough inspection, to take care of any issues he couldn't assess, due to too much moss (too slippery) in one part of the roof. Two decent rains have happened since he came, and my husband's quick check in our attic didn't show any water leaks. So it seems pretty certain that he did indeed fix the leak. I plan to update this review next year, after he comes back to perform maintenance on the rest of the roof. For me, Andy will always be my first (and only) call when I have a roof leak.

This project was quite unique and difficult, and even involved a condensed timeline, and a film crew (because we did it for filming Tiny House Nation) and Greg and his whole crew kept a positive attitude throughout the process! The skill and craftsmanship he demonstrated was truly excellent - particularly the work on the interior and exterior walls. Greg has an excellent eye for what looks great in a living space, and we felt that he really listens and sees it from the homebuilders' perspective. Separate supports had to be constructed for 2 of the decks because the original joists they rested on that extended from within the main structure of the house could not be completely replaced, thus complicating the task considerably, but the new design is both solid and visually pleasing. Greg and his crew of up to 5 men did a fantastic job in just 2 weeks working long hours in the blazing 100+ degree weather. They were all professional and courteous, left no detail unattended, and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. The price was fair and Greg made sure everything was to my satisfaction even coming back afterwards to add a couple of finishing touches I requested. Greg's team leader Enrique demonstrated unmistakable pride of craftmanship throughout the process and it really shows in the completed job. I would definitely have them back again.
