They looked at both of my machines and told me that they didn't need repairs, but that we could do certain things and it should help us with both of our issues with the machines. They even looked at my dryer vents and hose to check for leaks and lint block. He explained about certain things to look for in the future and that to call him back if and when they occur. They must have stayed for about 45 minutes and when I asked how much I owed him, he told me that there was no charge because he really didn't do anything. I couldn't believe his honesty and sincerity. I actually can't wait for something to happen to one of my appliances so I can call him back to fix them. lol. Their initial consultation fee is a simple amount. Not out of the ordinary at all. I've used this group before in the past. They mentioned a brand they use that I did not want to use. I inquired about that brand's manufacturer's warranty and was told they do have one which is standard but it doesn't include any labor. Thought about this, did some research and still decided I didn't want that brand (they do include some labor), as I called the manufacturer and inquired. By the time I had a chance to finally make up my mind it was close to the time of close of business for the day. Told the woman at front desk that I would have a decision about brand, and I did and called her before they closed to be added to the schedule.
