Above and Beyond!! I reached out to "All Out Investigations and Security" for a personal matter and…read morePat, the owner, responded within minutes providing me with not only a very fair process server quote, but some free, creative ways how to obtain additional information that we needed. His advice was golden and we acted upon it. The date we needed to serve by became chaotic and we were behind schedule with getting Pat the information he needed to serve that day. He kept in contact with us all day and drove down last minute to our location- about 40 minutes away at 8 PM to do the job at the original quoted rate he provided a week ago. As a backup, we found 2 other companies who would do the process service for us last minute but they wanted between $600 and $800 based on the last minute notice and the 8 PM time. Not only did Pat serve the individual but he brought along another teammate to capture it on video! He also took some photos for us of the perimeter so we can get some additional intelligence. The video and the photos all were date and time stamped with the exact location and emailed to us to use in court. Other companies would charge an additional fee for this type of work! Overall, Pat is extremely honest and down to earth. He has a ton of experience and his work shows for it! I wouldn't hesitate to use his company again and highly recommend. Thank you, Pat and team!!!!

I needed to do a background check on someone (who shall remain nameless, since I don't want him to…read moreknow!), and a good friend of mine recommended American Eagle Investigations. I was a bit hesitant to call at first since they're in NY and I'm in Los Angeles, but my friend gave them such a high recommendation, I decided to give them a try. I spoke to the owner, Daniel McBride... in fact, he's the one that picked up the phone! I asked him several questions about his business (he's a retired NYC cop), and all that a background check entails. Just by talking to him, you can tell that he knows his stuff! I discovered that there are several different checks you can do for a background check and that the price is dependent upon which checks you want done. What I liked most about Daniel is that he runs the business, so you will always be able to get him on the phone (he said 24 hrs. a day - I hope he sleeps!). He's not paying a bunch of middlemen so his prices are very competitive. I won't hesitate hiring Daniel and recommending him to friends.

When pressed for information, he gave only broad, non-specific answers that were of no help whatsoever. I thought I'd hire this quack to perform a polygraph test, so I asked him what kind of machine he uses. He said "The old fashioned pen and needle". So I asked him how old is the machine is, and he replied "Why does it matter how old it is?" I explained that polygraph machines have progressively improved dramatically over the years since the "old fashioned pen and needle" models, to which he replied "What's the big deal?". I abruptly ended the phone conversation and continued my search for a reputable polygraph examiner who welcomes such questions and answers them in a respectful manner.
