It came back to me like new. Last week I dropped off my daughter's Dyson and picked it up today and it's also like brand new. Something told me to go look at the magnet that I keep on kitchen fridge to call these guys to help me with my KITCHEN sink. Good thing I did. Everyone else gone home. People telling me they can come on Monday. One said he couldn't help me tomorrow (Friday or over the weekend). Yes....Roto Rooter couldn't even show up! In comes Jimmy from PowerFlo. THIS YOUNG MAN USED HIS BRAINS and brawn to find out the source of a hard to clear kitchen sink. I told him the first plumbing company tried but failed to clear it with a snake. Jimmy is excellent. Not only will they get all of my sewer clean up business, but they will be called for simple things like drain cleaning too. This was a pretty stubborn one to fix. Jimmy told me he wasn't gonna leave me out in the cold with no working kitchen sink. I recommend this company and Jimmy! Professional honest people. THESE ARE MY KIND OF STATEN ISLAND PEOPLE!!!!

I called him back in a few minutes after locating the information and was told that he would text me and I would text him back with the model number. Why, I don't know. At any rate, he never texted me so I went down the list to A to Z. I called this number and, low and behold, it was the same guy, berating me for calling him again, although there was no indication that these were branches of a single business. I explained to him the reason for my confusion and offered to give him the model number now. His reply: I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT! then he hung up on me. Maybe he was having a bad day, but from the comments I've read he apparently has bad days mixed in with the good. So, you may take your chances but as for me, I'm not going to call him ever again hoping for the positive experience that some report. It's not a gamble I'm willing to take.

Although the cooling wasn't affected, my husband and I didn't enjoy hunting for food with a flashlight. With some YouTube help, I managed to remove the LED lightbulbs, only to discover that they worked fine in a desk. Obviously, it was time to call in an expert: Vinny, still owning & operating this business. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch, and replaced it the next day. The new switch (from a parts store he routinely works with, not original equipment) wasn't so easy to insert, but he worked at it patiently and carefully until we both heard a reassuring click. Now the fridge lights up like Times Square (I bought new bulbs on Amazon for the next 10 years), and best of all, I can adjust the coolness from the control panel, which had also gone dark. I can't recommend Vinny enough: There's no substitute for experience.
