Don said that he would come over the next day and take a look at the both of them. Don and his son came to my home as promised. They looked at both of my machines and told me that they didn't need repairs, but that we could do certain things and it should help us with both of our issues with the machines. They even looked at my dryer vents and hose to check for leaks and lint block. He explained about certain things to look for in the future and that to call him back if and when they occur. They must have stayed for about 45 minutes and when I asked how much I owed him, he told me that there was no charge because he really didn't do anything. I couldn't believe his honesty and sincerity. I actually can't wait for something to happen to one of my appliances so I can call him back to fix them. lol. I would wholeheartedly recommend Don and his son. Professional and very knowledgeable. More importantly, they were genuinely good people.

He was able to obtain the fan for my 2007 LG refrigerator and replace it within a week, of which I was very grateful for. The icemaker in my LG side-by-side refrigerator was not making ice. On 4/6/26 on the first visit…read morethey reviewed, made adjustments and said I should get ice within two days which did not happen. When I reported the result, they said I would need a new compressor. On 4/7/26 I ordered the part and put a deposit down. On 4/21/ they visited, reviewed the unit and said I did not need a compressor. When they visited on 4/26/26, they reviewed the ice maker and said it was fine but I would need the compressor replaced. They said they could come back the next day withe the compressor. On 4/28/26 they replaced the compressor and said the unit should make ice within 24 hours. That did not happen. Total bill including diagnosis and the compressor which I paid was $1,297.50. They ever even checked back to see if the unit yielded ice. This is outrageous. I do not recommend this repair service at all.
