Disappointing. We ordered two warm dishes. I had the chicken with corn and mashed sweet potato on the side. My hubby had the impossible meatballs with the same side dishes. The mashed sweet potato did not taste like sweet potatoes. It was pasty and no texture. It's like eating processed baby food. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The meatballs were salty. It could have been the spicy Korean sauce that made it salty. We will give this place another chance. Next time we will try their salad. I do not recommend their warm dishes. I'd rather drive down to Dublin and eat at Urban Plates. read more

I'm usually in the new shopping center because the gym is right down the street, one of the healthiest options in the area in my opinion. First time I got in here I felt overwhelmed, not in a bad way at all, the possibilities are endless. They have so many different side toppings, the salad dressing options are great and I love that they ask how much dressing you want. So, I got a bowl, half quinoa/half arugula, caramelized onions, roasted butternut squash, croutons, avocado and Parmesan cheese with their autumn dressing(?) I can't remember. I also got steak as a protein, price is a bit steep for the entire meal, but given the freshness and quality I'm not too mad at it. I contacted their central office thru phone and email. Hoping they will take stern, corrective action including inspection by state department of health. Finally decided to stop by this place. I had been walking past it ever since it opened to grab Starbucks. Really happy with the staff, food and quality. They even have Kombucha on tap! I ordered the rooster chicken sandwich, which had been prepared right in front of me. Bread was fresh and the apple was cut up. I was worried that the chicken would be dried out, and it wasn't. This place just opened up so one of my friends and I decided to come try it out. Since I work out this way she met up with me during my lunch, but I was nervous that it would take a while since it's in the new Bollinger complex across from Target. Fortunately we found plenty of parking around 11:30 and got our food pretty quickly. They have lots of options to choose from and they allow you to make your own salad or warm bowl if you choose. The staff was friendly, The place was pretty clean, and the food was large and good. I ended up taking mine to go because I couldn't finish it all. If you're in the area during lunch I recommend you check this place out. You can order online and pick up if you want and there's a shuttle service that goes throughout Bishop Ranch so if you don't have a car or if you don't want to drive you can still get to that place with no problems. read more

Finally was able to try MIXT! I came at a good time when it was not too packed. Look at the menu before you order so the line is not held. There is a handout menu with premade options for you to choose from. You can also order your own personalize salad but there are limitations and any additional toppings you will pay extra. My fiancé and I absolutely adore this spot! We went there the other day for the first time and ordered online. When we arrived we found that our order had gone through twice (our mistake - we had an internet issue and didn't check our confirmation emails) but the owner was so kind to us! He said not to worry and that even though we had accidentally ordered twice he would give us the second order for free! He made such a good impression on us and so did the cashier Kristen! Kristen was so kind and helpful and we really appreciated all her service! Not only were the owners and wait staff very kind and helpful but the ambience was absolutely gorgeous! The restaurant is full of bright sunshine and gorgeous modern lighting fixtures! The lighting fixtures were so unusual and pretty that they actually caught my eye before I even knew what the restaurant was. Now for the most important part of my review, the food! The food here is absolutely amazing high-quality healthy organic eats that would satisfy any foodie in the Bay Area. All the ingredients were super fresh and delicious and organically sourced. They have so many different options for amazing salads and protein bowls and even sandwiches. I had the wrangler salad and my fiancé had the rooster sandwich which comes with a huge salad as well. My fiancé is definitely a connoisseur of amazing sandwiches and this sandwich surpassed his expectations and Dreams! My fiancé does not like to eat healthy so he was not happy about me choosing this restaurant, but once he got his sandwich and salad he changed his mind! He is now totally fine when I pick healthy spots to eat all due to our experience at Mixt! I highly recommend both the wrangler salad and the rooster sandwich and basically anything that you might want to order here. I will definitely be returning ASAP! read more

This is my go to place when I want a salad. I really have no issues here. My salads are are on point.

I would not come to this place again. I order the Forage salad and the Park sandwich with chicken and both were poor products that are really expensive. Park Sandwich with Chicken ($12) The sandwich was made with cold stale bread pulled straight out of the fridge. The chicken they put on the bread was cubed (the same chicken they throw onto your salad) and it just falls out of the sandwich as you bite into it. It was also very bland and flavorless. Very disappointing!! Forage Salad ($14) This salad was 90% mixed greens. You have to really hunt for the toppings. All the toppings were cut into half centimeter pieces. I pretty paid $14 for mixed greens tossed in a bland, unappetizing dressing. Absolutely horrible product. Nothing makes customers more upset than charging them so much money and you hand over a product that is horrible as what Mixt offers. I feel they practically stole my money. read more

I'm such a fan of Mixt's Beetnik salad but when I ordered it today, I was hugely disappointed on how small the salad was. Even with the add on of crispy cauliflower, it didn't even fill half of the container. This wasn't worth $17. Such a rip off!!! I'm super disappointed and I wish I had opened it before I left. It looked like the girl making my salad was new as she told me to head over to the register to pay before she even made my salad. Normally, I would watch the person put my salad together but I wasn't able to this time as she had me go to the register. The more senior workers should have watched her make it to ensure that she was giving the proper amount of each ingredient. It wasn't even busy since it was 3 pm and passed the lunch rush. We cannot state how much we love this place. By far one of our most favorite stops. We live 30 minutes away and travel out to San Ramon just to get customized salads at least twice a week. We love that this place offers so many different healthy options and we can truly personalize each salad to our individual likings. Ana is the SWEETEST person who remembers our order every time and always smiles. Even through we can't see her smile through the mask, her eyes are always smiling!! 12/10 would recommend to anyone looking for fresh and healthy meal options. I've been to the SF location and the SR location. Both are set up pretty similarly. I had the rooster sandwich both times. This way you get a sandwich and a salad. I came in to redeem the gift card I received at the Yelp Fit Club event. It's set up similarly to Urban Plates where you order at the front and they put it together in front of you cafeteria style. The rooster sandwich is good - it includes pesto, arugula, chicken and apples. The salad is just a regular mixed greens salad. They ended up giving me a lemonade instead of an arnold palmer but I kept it anyway. It was a bit on the sour side for me. The price is fair for having such a healthy option and the open seating makes it a good spot to go to. I had no idea they were a B corporation so I was happy to support a business like that. If I'm in the area and craving something healthy I would definitely stop in again. I'm glad to see that there are more food options here because last time I went, there were very few. read more

Super tasty salads with many great recipes. It is very salty and full flavored. Many of these dishes contain a lot of cheese and meat and salad dressing, so it's super tasty but maybe not super healthy. Anyways, I love what what their doing with their salads and you can get vegan salads there too. they let you customize it as much as you want.
