Mixer Ink has been my go to place for printed tees and hoodies for years! They've grown over the years (despite covid) and that is a testament to their product. Ryan is always professional and knowledgeable about what is needed. There are few businesses that take care and time to craft-- which I know sounds silly just for printed tees and hoodies but I cannot tell you how many times I've had stuff printed by other companies where the logo is off centered, the colors might be wrong or they print without verifying or the size doesn't fit and they don't care. That's not the case with Mixer Ink! Ryan takes his time to be sure the product looks good, portions are right and there is clear communication. If you need t-shirts, sweatshirts, even face masks printed for any occasion, do not wait another minute...call Ryan or Chip and these guys will get on it! I've gone to a number of screen/direct garment printers, but what I like about these guys is they're really into detail and aren't afraid to go the extra mile to get the job done - just right and in a timely manner...and at a reasonable price. Each of my recent orders have been completed on, or even before the promised date or time, which is the opposite of many other printers that I've had to call (after the promised time) only to be told that there would be a delay. So what are you waiting for? Contact them and get your garments printed right away! Oh yeah, with all the social distancing and state guidelines that we're all faced with, their staff really seems to be practicing safety measures. I think they even sell face masks and hand sanitizers...as I saw samples (of the later) and was offered a squirt of the sanitizer gel spray when arriving and departing their shop! Mixer Ink gave my project the rare quality of service, care, and attention to detail that we all secretly hope for in custom work. As we were nearing this past holiday season I learned I would be hosting several guests from just after Christmas into the New Year. The decision was confirmed fairly last minute, but gave me a rare opportunity to hold a themed party, which I wanted to make memorable with personalized robes. Not getting my hopes too high, I contacted several local businesses that specialized in embroidery, fully aware of my odds of success on such short notice and a hard deadline of December 30. Every other business understandably turned me down, until I came into contact with Ryan at Mixer Ink. Not only was he able to push through parts of his holiday and make my deadline, he was flexible and highly communicative in achieving the desired outcome. He worked extra and late hours, and made significant effort to not only the visual, but the functional aspects of embroidering my design. My experience w this business was very unpleasant. I ordered business cards which are very important to a lot of us.. I was given a set time and date of when I'll see the prototype and they kept pushing the date back. It wasted my time and money they were very unprofessional. Ordered shirts a few months ago and the owner was procrastinating. He told me the shirts would been ready in a week. Come back a week later and the shirts are not ready. He says "Come back tomorrow and it'll be done." I go back the next day at the time of closing and literally this guy hasn't even finished. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place for screen printing. Because he procrastinated and rushed our products through, the quality of our shirts prints did not look good.
