Excellent and fast Service! I will definitely look for him if I need any carpet cleaning in the future! I had to move out from the room that I was renting so I wanted to clean the carpet and get my deposit back. So I went yelp and request a quote from 4 companies. Goro reply first and mentioned the price range and also his availability! He was available the same day at convenient for me time. He showed up on time for the appointment and he was really friendly and personable. He sparked a conversation regarding the type of the construction of the house which was nice because I didn't know anything like that. So I guess I learned something new! I showed him the room and also I had 2 spots with stains. He said that it will be easy work for him since he had seen worst than that. He worked hard on the project and he cleaned everything and removed the two stains. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs carpet cleaning projects! Thank you one more time! read more

Mitchell is the best! Honest, straight forward, no games. He is great with communicating, comes in time and gets the work done. I had a cleaning done to our shaggy rug that I know has been peed on a couple times. He thoroughly cleaned it and kept me updated with everything. Then low and behold a month later our dog decides to empty an entire bladder out on the carpet...she's getting old. Anyways a quick message to Mitchell who was easy to make time and got the job done. He is officially added to my Rolodex of trusted service providers and I feel confident referring his business. read more

Mitchell's Chem-Dry - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Campbell, California

Don't be fooled by the "Dry" in Chem-Dry. Our carpet was wet wet wet after being cleaned by Mitchell's Chem-Dry process and portions of the carpet were still wet 10 hours later. When I made the appointment, I was told it takes about 2-3 hours for the carpet to dry. Do not believe this. The good: We had prepared the house very well, moved tables, chairs, chests, etc to the garage so no time was wasted having to move things while the job was being done. Mitchell showed up on time, the carpet was cleaned and most spots removed. Mitchell is a nice guy, professional, and did not try to jack up the price he quoted on the phone. When the job was done, the carpet looked good. As he left, Mitchell told us that he had had to use more water than usual so the carpet would take 3-4 hours to dry rather than 2-3. Ok, we can live with that. The bad: Minus one star because when we checked the carpet, HOLY C@$P, many areas were extremely wet, so much so that we immediately started three fans going (all windows were already open), and put big towels on the carpet, walked on them to absorb water, tossed them in the dryer to dry, then repeated all of the above many, many times. Minus another star because I called Mitchell and asked him to come back and suck more water out of the carpet so it would dry before we went to bed that night. He said NO. He said he had already spent more time than normal at our home because there was so much dirt in the carpet and told me he had had to use more water than usual because of the dirt. Ok, I get that, but please be honest with me before you leave our home that the amount of water used was aLOT and will require much more than an additional hour to dry. Minus a third star because we worked HARD for five hours after Mitchell left. I lost track of the times we moved the fans, pointed the air flow up, down, etc and moved towels from area to area to absorb water. We shouldn't have had to do that. After five hours we were able to put everything back in one of the bedrooms where we had focused most of the fans and towel action. We continued with fans and towels through dinner and beyond. Seven hours after Mitchell left, we put more stuff in place. The other areas we had to leave over-night before returning things in place. Edited to add: Minus a fourth star because weeks later we saw water stains on the bottom of our walls where water had leached from the too-wet carpet into the wallpaper. Worse: months later we found serious water damage to the bottom of a treasured decorative chest - the bottom had literally rotted. Getting back to the good: I believe Mitchell is a good guy, knows how to clean a carpet, and honors his quotes. However, he needs to be more forthcoming about what the customer will need to do after he finishes his job. read more

Goro is simply amazing! If you use him be warned that you will get a humble, articulate, kind and super smart guy. It helps that the carpet comes out great too! Honestly, the hour is not enough because apart from getting your carpets cleaned you will enjoy a good old chat. Is it weird that I am so attached to my carpet cleaning guy Overall a really wonderful experience awaits you. He is on time, impeccable manners, affordable and loves what he is doing. Put simply, you will have no regrets in choosing Mitchell's. read more

Mitchell is a class act, prompt, well spoken and a man of his word. I have used his services three times now to clean a third floor condo. My condo is a rental and the carpet isn't treated very well by tenants. He also has great advice on carpet installation, and how to clean stubborn stains when he's not available. He has also sealed my tile in two bathrooms on two occasions. I recommend him for both services. I trust him in my home without being there. It's hard to find local small businesses that can communicate, offer quality a product and have great customer service to boot! The trifecta of success. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Mitchell. He arrived on time and started right in. He started vacuuming carpet in two car garage. (You can imagine how dirty it was.). Mitchell went over the entire garage four times and used special spot treatment for really soaked in spots. By the time Mitchel was through, you would not have known it was the same carpet. So much care and effort he put in. You will not be disappointed ever with Mitchell. read more

Mitchell's Chem Dry is a great service with wonderful workers. They are really detail-oriented and go out of their way to make sure that their customers are happy. I had them clean my apartment before I moved out and I could not have been more satisfied with the service. They were on time, professional, very personable and finished in the time frame they estimated. PLUS, they didn't try to push me to purchase any additional services, they just did a great job and let me know the realities of my carpet situation. I would recommend Mitchell's Chem Dry to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned and taken care of. read more

I had high expectations from Mitchell. All the reviews were good, so let's start. 1. Communications: Mitchell was able to set up the carpet clean, and was always communicating on what to expect, what I needed to do in preparation, and how long before I could use the room again. 2. Timeliness: He arrived on schedule, wore booties, and valued our home. He told me how long it would take, and was spot on. 3. Quality: My room was small, and he had this done so quickly, we used the rest of his available time to clean our kitchen floor grout. Considering the carpet had some issues, and the kitchen floor had not been touched in a while, I was impressed that they all came back as new. I was able to move back into the room two hours later. 4. The man: Honest, considerate, and capable, all at a fair price. I have bookmarked Mitchell for the future. read more

Goro did a great job cleaning dog stains from our couch and carpets. He was quick to reply with multiple quotes when I kept adding more things to be cleaned. This guy rocks! He was a referral from a good friend. I never write reviews unless the work and customer service are excellent. I never joined Yelp because while I like to read reviews, I just don't have time to write them...however Mitchell's Chem Dry Carpet cleaning service solved my problems. Specialty rugs throughout my home. Several thousand feet to clean, price was right, arrived on time, I must have forgot to say big Halloween Party last weekend and heavy traffic, however I wanted to get the rugs cleaned at any cost to save on possible damage of really expensive rugs. Mitchell's did what they said they would do and didn't complain about all the stains from wine and avocado to chocolate and cheese fondue. And the carpets were completely dry when they were done. Bless you guys. I so appreciated your fast appointment scheduling, giving a quote and sticking to it and most of all (maybe not a big deal to others) I felt safe with you working in my home and felt comfortable with the care you put into not wreaking my furniture and rugs. All is well - ahhhh until next party! Mitchell's your work is fab. You are now my expert carpet cleaning service. read more

Second time using this particular Chem-Dry company. The individual who came to our home to clean our carpets was very nice, professional, and did a good job. I asked to buy two cans of spot remover. Didn't have any with him and called the owner. The owner said he would order two cans and drop to my office in a week. After two weeks and a no-show, I called again. Owner said he would come in another week. Two weeks later (total 4 weeks) I called again, left message. After no reply I called again a couple days later. As before, said he would get the spot remover and drop to my office. Well, it's been a total of 5 weeks and no spot remover as repeatedly promised. Today, I ordered the spot remover through Amazon. Will use a different Chem-Dry company next time. read more

Mitchell's chem dry did a great job cleaning our carpets! Not only that, but Mitchell was very courteous over the phone, on time, efficient, and he stuck to his internet posted prices, which were very reasonable. I had a client with a very upset kitty, she had diarrhea and urine on one wool rug that I thought would certainly carry a smell even after cleaning, but Mitchel, the ChemDry guy came out within 24 hours of calling and sterilized the carped, and cleaned it from most of its imbedded dag hair. I'll call him again. Sad to say, kitty is going back to live with it's daddy a few blocks away since this wasn't a first event of it's kind. read more

I've been having Goro and his crew come to my Condo every year for the last 2 years and have been able to maintain that new carpet look to my condo. He comes in explains the process throughout and let's you know which stains may be troublesome. The results of his work are immaculate. I was so happy with the work that he did on my condo and had even comments from my other family members that they wanted him to come do their places too. I recently had him clean the carpets and floor-mats of my Lexus. He was able to get some coffee stains off the floor of the car. Unfortunately he only does upholstery and my seats are leather. Overall his work is excellent for both home and car (he can do both in one trip). I love the fact that everything is dry within an hour. He also goes out of his way to making sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend Mitchell's Chem-Dry to anyone who wants to have their home or car carpets cleaned! read more

They were able to provide next day service, they showed up at the agreed upon appointment time, did a great job, worked quickly, and were competitively priced. Definitely five stars in my book. Good guys too; The kind of people you'd feel comfortable having in your home. read more

I've tried so many carpet cleaners in the past, and Mitchell is now the one that I will always call. Mitchell and his co-workers put in extra effort to get my light-colored carpets looking great. Their prices are very fair, and I appreciate the fact that they come out between cleanings to take care of a one- or two-room job without over-charging. I agree with the reviewer that it does takes a few hours to dry the carpets, so I'm giving a 4-star rating instead of a 5, but on the whole, I haven't found anyone better for keeping these carpets looking good. read more

Goro, the owner of Mitchell's Chem Dry service has cleaned our family room three times. Each time when he finished the light beige carpet looks practically new. He takes extra time to hand treat the stained areas and leaves the job very neat and clean. While his process is not dry cleaning we are able to put furniture back within 4 hours, by leaving windows and sliding doors open. Mitchell's price are fair and very competitive. With out a doubt I would hire him again to come do our carpets. Goro was very pleasant and explained everything to me that he thought should be done. We rent so it's obvious the carpet in our condo has seen some traffic over the years. Some of the stains were pretty bad from not only our dog but just the age of the carpet. He managed to get them out and made not only the stains areas but the overall carpet look great! Could not see where any of the stains had been! I would recommend him not only for the service but the price as well. Thank you Goro!! read more

Awesome job on our office Mitchell! Our regional manager is very pleased!!! And my office smells fresher than ever! Thank you

This company came to our home and in the process of cleaning upstairs bathroom and downstairs kitchen floors, they did damaged to new wood stairs by dragging the hose from the bathroom all the way down the stairs. They were called back within 24 hours whereby they came and inspected the damage and admitted responsibility. We had paid them immediately which was a big mistake because since this incident back in May 2013 they have ignored phone calls, emails and even certified mail. They have not made any attempt to repair the damage or made any offer of reimbursement towards the cost of repair. Initially Goro said he would just claim off his insurance but when we presented him with a quote he ignored us completely. We were willing to work with him to get the stairs repaired, for him to get his own quotes, do the repair himself..whatever.... to get the work done. I would never recommend this company to anyone in view of this shirked responsibility to set things right. read more
