Magic Solutions Company made the entire process, from the initial consultation to the actual service, incredibly smooth and seamless. Lillie always responded to my inquiries promptly and was exceptionally thorough in keeping me informed and making sure every detail was taken care of before the service date. Her customer service was truly impressive! Morgan, who came out for the carpet cleaning, was equally professional and meticulous. He did an excellent job and took the time to answer all of my questions about carpet care and maintenance. I'm planning to have my carpets professionally cleaned on an annual basis, and I will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommended. read more

We've used Magic Carpet Cleaning Company for years and every time the job is done, we've been completely pleased. Morgan is fast, thorough and leaves our three flights of stairs and carpeted hallway and three bedroom looking new. He also uses a nearly dry cleaning technique that we can walk on almost immediately. In addition he's conquered stains that we thought impossible to get rid of--including a blotch of bright blue toilet-bowl cleaner. And, to top it off, this is the friendliest company in our book. read more

Morgan did a great job cleaning our carpet. I have used the service twice and have been pleased both times. He charged $240 for a 700ft apartment whereas others quoted $300+. He arrived on time and gave recommendations on how to maintain it. He also spot treated some area and it worked pretty well. He vacuumed first and sprayed an organic cleaner and then steam cleaned it in about 2 hours. read more

Needed to get one of our Church Apartments carpet cleaned. When I called I was immediately greeted by Morgan who was very helpful with all my questions. I was able to schedule a service the very next day and Morgan was even able to come earlier. He knew exactly how to properly clean the type of carpet we had and the time needed to do the job. The carpet came out looking great and his knowledge of this business is wonderful ! Friendly, Knowledgeable , and very fair in Cost is how I describe Magic Solutions Cleaning Company. Thanks and definitely will use them again ! read more

I have so many good things to say about this company! It's family owned. The person answering the phone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She followed up both before the appointment with information I'd requested and after the appointment with a handwritten thank you note. The person who did the cleaning was prompt, friendly and personable. He did an excellent job on some very old and stubborn stains on the staircase. I have a bird, and birds are notoriously sensitive to cleaning chemicals. This company uses pet-friendly non-toxic substances so my bird remained happy and healthy. Finally, the price was very reasonable! Every time I go upstairs I appreciate the job they did. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

I've used this small family business several times before for cleaning some seriously dirty carpets and it has been an exceptional experience. Morgan does a very impressive job at a very competitive price, scheduling is easy, it seems they do not use any harsh chemicals, and they are very nice people. Love supporting a local business like this. read more

Lily and Morgan are wonderful. So informative and thoughtful. Highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

I needed temporary couches to use (for a couple of months) before my special order ones from Macy's come in. Thankfully, I got some free couches a parent (at my school) no longer needed. The couches were in very good shape but needed to be deep cleaned from normal soil. I tried to do it myself with OxyClean but it still needed a more thorough cleaning. First of all, one of the best things about Magic Solutions is scheduling with Corrina, Morgan's wife. From start to finish, she goes above and beyond with her personable communication through emails. I wish every business had the level of customer service that Corrina provides! On the appointed day, Morgan came right on time. He cleaned these couches so good, that most of the stains are gone. And the color looks so much brighter than before as you can see in before and after pics. He was also able to clean the red throw pillows and the two ottomans for me. Thank you Morgan and Corrina for saving these used couches for me! I have gotten many compliments when I show before and after pics! read more

I've never used a professional upholstery cleaner before so I was a bit hesitant to reach out. I described the issue on my couch from HD Buttercup. If you've heard about that company then you'll know why I was worried with simply using anyone. I received a few responses and quotes. Most came back with generic responses which didn't address my problem specifically, along with pricing. Morgan's initial response was asking for more details on what had happened and how I tried to fix it myself. After some back and forth he explained how he will attempt to fix it along with an estimate. After a few days he returned with the results. Admittedly he was not able to return it back to original condition. But he was upfront, noting it might not work. Furthermore, after he brought it back, he didn't downplay the condition it is in. To be honest, I would've been happy if it didn't get worse. But getting it back to 90% of how it used to look was a pleasant surprise. Cost was reasonable given how much my couch was. You'll have to make your own judgement comparing how much you value what's being cleaned vs. the cost. For me I won't hesitate to give him a call again, nor shy away from recommendating his services to others. read more

Very nice family owned business! Their prices are very reasonable and their work is excellent. I had my sofa, loveseat, and a chair cleaned and also will be having my dining chairs cleaned soon because they did such a great job with my living room set. Highly recommend! read more

Exceptional customer service, care, and honesty. Was looking for a company that offeted carpet cleaning service to a new place I moved into that had gross, uncleaned carpet. Reached out to a few businesses on Yelp, and Corrina from Magic Solutions Cleaning Company came in clutch! She was super courteous and highly responsive with all the info I needed to get scheduled for the next day! Morgan is extremely knowledgeable, and experienced in the business. He handled the cleaning like a pro: efficient, friendly, and willing to chat about the cleaning process [and answer my questions]. My bedroom carpet was in great hands. All natural ingredients, wonderful business owners. Highly recommend Magic Solutions Cleaning Company for your cleaning needs. read more

I had an amazing experience with Magic Solution Cleaning, there us no reason why you shouldn't have the same! I was looking to clean my rug and light arm chairs. Morgan came in to take a look at the job and gave me a reasonable quote! That was a first good sign I should try this service. Then, Morgan came in, did the job pretty well and came back a week later to fix a problem area on the arm chair. The thing is, it is impossible to know whether a stain is gone from some fabric. When certain fabrics get wet, they change their color which makes it hard to know if the stain is gone. Morgan takes his job seriously and tried a variety of solutions on the fabric until it wad gone! I've also received a discount as do all of their first-time clients. The payment process was easy through PayPal. Morgan was wearing mask and gloves the whole time. I highly recommend this service to my neighbors! read more

Great service and response. The carpet and chairs look great. I would recommend this company.

I contacted them through Yelp to get a quote, and Corinna was super responsive and friendly. She answered all of my questions and was always quick to get back to me. I was able to get the quote, schedule, and follow up on the appointment (since I scheduled pretty far out) all from the Yelp app which was great for someone like me. (I'm pretty introverted and don't love calling places, haha.) The day of, Morgan showed up super promptly, assessed our needs, and was super friendly. He explained the process, what he would be doing and how long it would take. He even left some extra shoe covers in case we needed to get around the condo while the carpet was drying which we really appreciated! It was a really no-fuss process AND they charged me exactly what they quoted (which isn't always the case for some companies). He was also mindful of COVID precautions, was masked during our exchange, and offered online payment after the cleaning. Recommend reaching out to Magic Solutions Cleaning Company if you need your carpet cleaned. It was such a painless experience and I would book with them again the next time I need a carpet cleaning. read more

We are very pleased with the services provided by Magic Solutions Cleaners. First of all I appreciated their straightforward communication by making sure that we understood each other. I wanted to have our Linoleum cleaned but after testing it out Morgan explained to me why getting it professionally done was not the best use of my money. So I opted not to have it done. Obviously, he was more interested in delivering an exceptional service rather than getting paid. Carpet cleaning was great. He was very prompt and professional throughout. I thought he went above and beyond my expectations that I would not hesitate to engage them again in the future. The cost of the service was very reasonable. Overall, We made the right choice in engaging their services. read more

He came right on time, gave me an honest quote after surveying the house that was lower than the initial quote, finished the job in less than a hour, and left me with a clean citrus smelling house! Thank you so much! read more

Morgan is the best service I wish I had done earlier!!! He had great reviews already but he is underrated. He is quick and timely with his responses. He is honest, upfront, and a carpet whisperer. Stains happen and everyday wear and tear can be brutal. We used him to clean carpet and 2 rugs. The carpet looked better than when we first moved in! Carpet is like cloths it can be refreshed and sometime we as owners damage it beyond repair. If you want to extend the life of your items and refresh them CALL MORGAN! Thanks again for the great service. read more

I didn't know scheduling a carpet cleaning could be so easy and quick without having to make a phone call. I asked for a quote on Yelp and heard back within 15 minutes with an estimate from Morgan! We confirmed a time for the following day and he arrived on time and finished much earlier than I expected. The work itself was fantastic as well. I had not gotten my carpets cleaned since we had installed them nearly 10 years ago and he had them as clean as possible in 45 mins. His equipment is all new, very quiet, and nearly no odor whatsoever. Gone are the days of the heavy chemical smells and screeching machines. One of the best parts is the drying time which is estimated at 3-4 hours after the job is done. I had quotes for slightly better prices but nearly double the drying time. Great communication, seamless setup, and amazing work! read more

We hired him to clean three bedrooms, two carpets and a whole bunch of stairs and he did a great job! Highly recommended! First of all, out of all the companies who I asked for a quote from Morgan was the only one who asked questions about the project before giving a price which showed me he was detail oriented. He then quoted a great price, very competitive and so I went ahead and said yes. The scheduling was easy and he arrived on time. There were no hidden costs and he did the job based on the agreed price. Knowledgeable at his field he shared his tips on how best to handle our carpets and rugs for the future. Lastly, he was easy to talk to, friendly and courteous. Again, I would highly recommend Morgan and Magic Solutions Cleaning Company. read more

I had a small section of my couch that my peed on and the smell was bothering me for days. Morgan was very helpful and honest. He walked me through what he was doing every step of the way and explained how things work. While the price was a little more than what I had expected, I'm happy with the service provided. My couch smells like normal again. The chemicals used were gentle enough that it didn't leave residue or chemical smells behind. I will definitely be using his service again if I need it. read more
