We have large rugs (10'x12') on hardwood floors and many carpet cleaners will not clean them on site. There's no way I can roll them up and bring them to drop off so here comes Rande. I had a great experience with Rande. I called and was able to set up an appt right away; he gave me a one-hour window in which he'd arrive, and said that he'd call in advance, both of which he did. We have ivory carpeting, and I wanted to get some specific discoloration out; Rande said that may or may not be possible given the level of staining. (Another carpet cleaner, who I got an estimate from before Rande, said the same thing.) In the end, the discoloration didn't totally come out, but I'm not sure if that was even possible. Also, our carpets were taking a REALLY long time to dry (more than a day) so I called Rande and he brought over a giant fan to help dry them, and let us borrow the fan overnight.
