Just had our area rug cleaned by Chuck. Very happy with the results and even more so with the service level. I was impressed by how accommodating Chuck was to get us an appointment in our time needed. The appointment was confirmed the day prior and Chuck arrived as promised. His attention to detail when accessing the condition of the rug upon arrival and transparency in expected results was so appreciated. Even with my very distracting dogs. So many people are quick to over promise and under deliver. I will certainly be recommending Chuck and his services to friends and neighbors for their local carpet cleaning service. read more

chuck took our call on Sunday afternoon and came out on Monday morning to steam clean our 3 bedroom carpet in our Sunnyvale house. It turned out great. We also learned things from him. read more

Chuck is highly professional and experienced. He's thorough and provided an exact quote over the phone by asking simple questions. The price was the same without any hassle. He did an excellent job at a great price, even though it was a short notice. He worked around the schedule and was on time, even a few minutes early and did not rush! I highly recommend him. read more

Nicest, honest and very informative customer service, even on a Sunday late afternoon. Would highly recommend!

A little miscommunication about the start time in the beginning, but the carpet looks great! Very satisfying lines if grooves.

Great job done by Ameripro! Came on time and spent significant effort to get everything cleaned up properly!

I reached out to Chuck to get a quote for cleaning two fabric couches. He responded promptly with a reasonable quote. He came out a few days later to perform the cleaning. The couches had not been cleaned since we bought them 13 years ago. And one had a water stain on the armrest. He said he couldn't guarantee getting the stain out. He did a wonderful and thorough job cleaning both couches. It took around 3 hours, and he was able to get the stain out. The couches needed to dry overnight. I am very pleased with the cleaning and happy to recommend Chuck for upholstery cleaning. read more

Chuck was punctual and very thorough. Although it was difficult to remove all the dog hair and stains from the couch, he persevered and it looks brand new! read more

Chuck was such a pleasure to work with and so awesome to have accommodated our difficult schedule! He was super knowledgeable about our carpet in particular - we'd moved in with the existing carpet and had know prior historical knowledge about it. He pinned it down to 1990s style apartment carpet (Olefin), so it's easier to clean but always looks a little flat and lackluster. Regardless of the carpet quality, we could certainly tell before and after! Next time we need to do a deep clean we'll be in touch again and have him out to help. read more

Chuck did the best he could with our old, cheap carpet. He was responsive to my first call and scheduled for as soon as I wanted the work done. He is nice to talk to. He has been in the business for a long time. read more

Truly incredible work. He worked so hard to make my carpet look unbelievably good. It's never looked this good since we moved in. I think it's a great value for the money as well. read more

Chuck was great. Very competent and committed to doing a great job. My carpet looks great after the cleaning.

Fantastic service from the owner, Chuck! We needed carpet cleaning for two bedrooms and a living room. Chuck was meticulous and clearly an expert in his field. He's not only professional but also a pleasure to converse with. The carpets looked immaculate after his work, and he even shared some maintenance tips for the future. We will definitely be calling Chuck again and highly recommend his services! read more

Chuck was wonderful and my carpets turned out great. He's prompt and is meticulous! I'd have him back in a heartbeat!

We presented Chuck with a severe challenge with our old and grimy carpets. he warned us that he could not make them look new again - but then they were not new when we moved in years ago! he accomplished a miracle and they are much more presentable - I no longer need to feel guilty about inviting people to my home. he was on time - actually an hour early. And the price was, honestly, less than I had anticipated. read more

We spoke with Chuck this morning and he was super helpful about a problem we're having with one of our rugs. He even recommended another carpet cleaning service because we were having difficulty providing the water spigot that he would need to service our rug. If you're in need of carpet cleaning and want someone with great character, hard working, with vast knowledge, and who is reliable than Chuck is your guy! I had an extensive conversation with him prior to his visit and he went through all of my concerns. He genuinely cares about his clients which is extremely refreshing! Today he worked his magic and my stained carpets look better than when I moved in. That's how good he is! It was seriously night and day! On top of it all he went out of his way to clean extra areas and didn't charge more. Thank you Chuck for your help and for being just an overall great person! read more

Ameripro Carpet Cleaning - These carpets were a mess before Chuck worked his magic! They look brand new despite being decades old! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Our carpet needed a good cleaning so we found this service on Yelp and decided to try it out. Chuck arrived as scheduled and we gave him access via a lockbox. When I arrived later, he was not yet done but what I saw so far was a great job. He was a bit chatty but overall, did a really nice job for a fair price. read more

I've used AmeriPro for my carpet and upholstery cleaning twice now, and both times our carpets and couch were rejuvenated in a way that completely surpassed my expectations. I've used other carpet cleaners when I lived in different areas and was fortunate enough not to have had a bad experience, but Chuck at AmeriPro sets the bar well beyond any work I've had done before. The work Chuck does speaks for itself, but there's another facet to AmeriPro that really elevates it beyond a vast majority of businesses, and that's the owner himself. Chuck cares very deeply about ensuring customer satisfaction and takes an enormous amount of pride in his work. As you talk to him and get to know him better, you'll realize that this is true for all aspects of his life. There is no reason I can think of to utilize any carpet cleaning service other than AmeriPro. Chuck's prices are competitive, his schedule accommodating, his work unsurpassed and you'll have the pleasure of becoming acquainted with a real stand-out and stand-up individual. read more

My mother in Palo Alto had her carpets cleaned. They did a an okay job, but the man was way too talkative and opinionated. After he finished he spent quite some time telling us about his political views and personal beliefs. He was VERY strange. If I we would have known we would not have chosen this company. His work was okay, not any better than Stanley steamer, but no one needs a lecture why woman should stay home and raise kids while the man works. We won't be using them again. read more

Chuck explained the situation very well and the work quality was great. Nice and friendly!

Wow! My carpets are cleaneer than ever before. Chuck does an excellent job. He works hard and is thorough. Ameripro makes Stanley steamer & other chains look like your kids did the cleaning. I have a screened back porch where the kitties spend much of their time. It was so bad you couldn't see the green indoor outdoor carpeting. And other carpet cleaners refused to do it because "they might have to change filters." WAaaghhh... Well, Chuck isn't afraid to use plenty hot steam and do the job right. Sure, he changed his filter twice, but I can see my floor now and entertain guests again. Plan on some time; he has an industrial vacuum he runs first. Then a clean smelling pre-treatment he sprays on. Thanks Chuck for your hard work & professionalism. read more

I have never seen my old carpet looking as new as when Chuck finished with it (even when it was new.) He communicates clearly do the job the way he wants it done. Bravo! read more

Chuck really is the man! After calling at least a dozen carpet cleaners for estimates, Chuck won us over when he told me (having no guarantee he'd be getting the job) that he was in the area and going to stop over to assess the situation and make sure it was a do-able job in the first place. Trust me -- nobody else does this. And let me tell you... he was in for a challenge: 30 year old wall-to-wall worn/stained carpeting that our landlord gave no indication of replacing anytime soon. Fortunately for us, Chuck was up for it. He was able to come out quickly, answer all our questions about green cleaning agents (which he does offer!), and really blew us away making this 30-yr old carpet look nearly new again. (*Just for the record, we actually decided against the green cleaners since our carpets were SO filthy... but it's great to know they're an option he offers). As if that isn't enough, Chuck's a true renaissance man who loves to talk about everything from carpets to genes and molecular biology. He's a super nice, friendly guy who takes enormous pride in what he does and works really hard to make you happy with your investment. That's the type of local business I like to support. read more

Chuck is a Carpet Guru, a warm and honest individual, but truly a perfectionist when it comes to his trade. . . I'm wishing now that I took before and after pictures of my carpets, because the transformation is unbelievable . . . now I'm one of Those People who ask guests to remove their shoes before entering my domain! He spent way more time than I had expected him to, making sure that my carpets were in top-notch shape before leaving, and charged an incredibly reasonable rate considering all the TLC that he put into the cleaning. I really can't say enough good things about Ameripro . . . it's rare to come across such service, and Chuck really is Good People. I'd highly recommend him to anyone with carpet stains, issues or odors. read more

Chuck is a hard-working, courteous person who really knows what he's doing when it comes to carpet cleaning. He actually did more for us than we expected. He got all our stains out, very happy with the results. The price was fair as well. He was upfront in his business matter, no additional fees, no coupon haggling. It was a pleasant experience that we will surely repeat next year when the carpets need cleaning again. Thanks Yelpers! Thanks Chuck! read more

Chuck the Artisan Carpet Cleaner I can not say enough great things about this guy & the service he provides. I'm not easily impressed and upon reading all the 5-star reviews I thought to myself..."man this guy must have a lot of relatives on Yelp." He is just as good as advertised if not better. Friendly, meticulous attention to detail, and a true artist of his craft. Stop browsing Yelp and call Chuck. read more

Chuck was very thorough! We had a problem with cat urine on our couches and he worked very hard to get them out. He wasn't positive if the smell would go away, but he told us to be patient and let things dry and the chemicals work - so we did and it worked. It wasn't a quick fix, but it saved us a lot of money as well as our favorite couch. While he was doing the couches we also had him do the carpets. He got out stains that Stanly Steamer said they couldn't get out when we first moved in, plus he some of our own wear-and-tear from the past few years. He was very professional and put his whole heart into his work. We appreciate his hard work and would recommend him anytime. read more

I highly recommend Chuck Angolano at Ameripro Carpet Cleaning - I've used his services a couple of times and each time he did a very comprehensive and professional job. I had an urgent need over the weekend to get carpets cleaned at a rental property before the new tenants were to move in on Monday afternoon; Chuck came to my rescue and showed up first thing Monday morning :-) Thanks again Chuck for being able to accommodate my last-minute request! read more

I chose Ameripro because of the reviews on Yelp, and simply want to add my 5 star vote also. Chuck is very friendly and helpful, which makes it easy to work with him. He quoted over the phone, but after I had moved all the furniture out of 4 bedrooms (plus hallway) I could see what a dreadful state the very light colored carpets (not my choice) were in. I had used a rented machine some time ago, but that just made it worse. Considering the state they were in he did a brilliant job ("Chuck does what it takes" - as one reviewer said). He was happy to stick to his original quote despite these requiring extra effort. Thanks Yelp! for helping me find someone I will use again, and can recommend without hesitation. read more

This guy is really good. I'm usually skeptical when someone has an all 5 star review throughout :), but this guy deserves it. Chuck spend a good 4 hours cleaning the carpets. Looks like the owner had not cleaned the carpet when we rented the house. So 'original' stains that we thought were un-removable and which the owner 'may' have cleaned before were now GONE. Some of the carpets in the home were filthy .. seriously filthy and now it looks nearly new. Maybe the carpets being nylon may definitely have helped, but Chuck put in a lot of effort to ensure that he had put in a 100% effort to pull out every stain. read more
