This is the first time I asked someone else to do the move-out cleaning. I chose Complete Cleaning because it is closed to where I lived and it seems to be one of the few cleaning services that do both wall cleaning and carpet cleaning. I just asked them to do both services for the bedroom I lived, as the wall had some black and yellow stains that I was not able to remove, and the carpet was full of dark stains and dents. They showed up on time, and finished the work in about an hour. They got rid off almost all the stains on the wall and carpet, which had been there for more than a year, and the carpet looked much fresher, much exceeding my expectation. They also charged me a fair price for all the work they did. Overall I think they did the work very professionally and carefully. We discussed over the phone about the expected cleaning results they could achieve, the estimated cost, and then set up a time. Originally it was one week later but Jeovanny later told me that they could come the next day. I needed my entire two story home in San Carlos cleaned after an extensive 5 month whole house remodel. Sheetrock dust an inch thick....filthy windows, every nook and crevice filled with leftover construction dirt and dust. Couldn't be helped! Construction is construction. At first he told me that because it was the end of the month (April) and that was the busiest time for them due to apartment move outs ....he would only have a half day on Friday for me. He agreed to have himself and his crew work on Saturday all day! Can you believe? I was so ecstatic... Cleaners can be an extreme hit or a miss and I have worked with quite a few until I met Jeovanny. He'll listen to every specific request I have and accommodate me anytime I need him on a last-minute clean. I book him on about 4-5 properties a month and he hits the mark every time. They cleaned things that I never thought *could* get clean (like carpet spots, or the baked-on dirt in the oven), or that I never expected they would work on, like meticulously Windexing every facet of every light fixture.
