He had an attitude with me straight away! He said "Hello" and I said "Hey" and started looking at my packet of products I was interested in purchasing, and then he followed up with "HEY!" Again in a rude way. Im assuming he didn't hear my "hey" so I reminded him "yessir I said hello" btw I'm not a concrete stainer or do concrete work but I was sent to see if they had a specific product. I didn't even get his name he kicked me out as soon as I started trying to discuss a product. I had a packet with all the information needed but he didn't even care to take a look at it. I asked him "is everything okay?" "Did I come off on the wrong foot when I walked in?" And he asked if I had a problem! And I tried to call the person who sent me to get this product and he told me to just get out! Very shameful and disappointing for a small shop to have such poor customer service skills. If you don't know what you want or what you are doing, do not show up this guy is a piece of trash

I've used Cornerstone on projects 3 times over the last few years. His products are very good. The…read moresamples on his shop floor are helpful. The location is good and prices are competitive. If you know exactly what you are looking for and you don't have any questions...this is the place for you. If you are not quite sure what you are looking for and would like to discuss it with the owner (Mark?), this is not the place for you. Just a heads-up...he's big time rude. If you try to show him a photo of your project, he won't even look at your phone. He doesn't have that kind of time. He wants you to grab your product and get the hell out of his store. EVERY TIME I leave I swear it's my last. I can't believe his small shop stays alive under this business model. Good product...Yes. Friendly atmosphere...not so much.

I recently picked up a True T-72F for my residential garage relatively inexpensive. After getting…read moreit home, I noticed it wasn't working properly.. seller told me as much. Searched the True Manufacturing Company website and found Bennie's Commercial Refrigeration among other companies that were listed. Emailed his company and a few others. Bennie was the only one willing to come out to a residential location with a commercial freezer. Bennie called me directly and discussed a few details before scheduling a day for him to come out and diagnose the freezer onsite (my residential garage). He came out, ensured proper COVID-19 precautions were taken and he got to work inspecting the entire unit for any issues. He found approximately $1025 worth of repairs (majority in parts). He explained what he found and what could be done to minimize the cost of the commercial freezer if I didnt want to pay for everything in one repair. I went ahead and approved the estimate (he sent me the written estimate via email a few hours after he left my residence) and paid the invoice per his terms. A few parts had to be special ordered in and we setup a return visit for approximately two weeks later (conflicting work schedule). He returned today (Monday, June 15, 2020) at 9:47 AM and replaced everything that was ordered in and previously discussed. After 3 & 1/2 hours of replacing all of the worn out parts, testing and checking the freezer, he found out that the fan defrost termination and delay switch was preventing the freezer fans (the new fan motors were installed) from spinning up at all. A quick trip to the parts store and a new $40 dollar switch installed made the freezer boot up and cycle properly for the first time. Bennie ended up staying until 3:10 PM to ensure that everything was working properly and explaining what the next steps are. Bennie was through with the repairs, reassembly, testing, validating and explaining what issues cropped up. I couldn't have asked for a more honest tech. I will be calling him in the future for maintenance calls and any additional repairs that may come up and recommend him in the future to anyone who needs commercial refrigeration or freezer repairs or maintenance either at their business or residences. To anyone who reads this, if you are unsure about anything, just call Bennie up, describe the issue and he will give the answers that he can. If he has never seen your equipment first, then his answers will be limited until he sees exactly what is going on.

Been trying to get a house ready for the market. I wish I could say the experience was different with Jason but it wasn't. He said he had availability and would bid for the job. That was October 31. The entire week he said he would get out there, then apologized said he would the next day. Then he said he would get out there this weekend and then finally, no more communication from Jason. Thanks for wasting a full week of my time when I'm desperately trying to get this thing finished ASAP. I could have been trying to find handyman who wouldn't waste my time instead of not knowing how to say they were too busy for the job. Details: I set up an initial consultation appointment for the afternoon with this company to do some backyard deconstruction work. The day they were supposed to come, I got a call asking if they could come earlier, within 20 minutes of the call because, in his words, "that would be more convenient for them." I said, "Please wear a mask while on the property." The contractor responded with, "Okay." I tried to be flexible, moved my schedule around, and began waiting. No one showed up after 40 minutes. I called again, and this time the contractor said that he wasn't coming because his company didn't require employees to wear a mask, and they didn't want to take the contract as a result. He never called me to inform me of this change after he spoke to his company. I had to call him after waiting for 40 minutes for him to show up. He never apologized. Also, we're still in a pandemic. If someone asks you to take precautions while you're on their property, you be a decent person and do that. He would have just ghosted me after I moved things around upon his request. Conclusion: Clearly, this company is unprofessional- they don't respect a potential client's time or health. The company said, "I should look elsewhere." Yeah, duh- why would I give them my money?

Very disrespectful customer service. You can't rely on them to keep their word or be on time. You…read morecan't even rely on them to show up. They deserve 0 stars for their bad business practices. Let's judge them by their own mission statement: They are not "friendly" - they're rude and inconsiderate If their goal is really to "make your experience the best it can be", then they should probably listen to their client's needs and do what they promised. They "pride" themselves on "punctuality" and "amazing" customer satisfaction. "Punctuality" must mean something different to them, like not showing up. And, well you can probably guess what I think of the "amazing customer satisfaction" that they supposedly provide.
