Thank goodness I caught it before I left because I usually just walk out after starting a load I tried to clean it up only to realize there is no way I am going to be able to get this all up without spending hours and hours and I needed to get my son to school and me to work. I immediately called SCProservices and after speaking with me was able to squeeze me in quick before some other appointments because of the size. Showed up, sucked that stuff right up, left fans, etc. etc. Came back and put my carpeting back together PLUS shampooed my carpeting. Wham bam thank you maam. Couldn't have been any easier and my carpets smell awesome, ha ha. Oh, and I am a single momma and he was not creepy at all. I understand this sounds weird but let's face it, no woman (or man) wants a creeper all up in their apartment/home if it is just them there. He's cool.

I can't say enough good things about Sam. His knowledge of all aspects about flooring is…read moreunbelievable. I would call Sam before you call any flooring installer. The amount of prep work needed to get a quality and trouble free hardwood, or even engineered wood floor takes more knowledge and skill than one would think. It's more than just the installation. My wife and I have installed several floating engineered wood floors over the years and decided to do this one as well. But we have never glued flooring before. We hired Sam to come and do a moisture reading so we could determine the proper glue to use. While he was setting it up I asked a few questions which quickly turned into an education I could have not gotten anywhere else. We quickly realized how much more prep we needed to do. When the prep work was over, Sam, who out of the kindness of his heart, came to help us get the first few rows installed on his day off! He taught us troweling techniques, talked to us about layout and gave us tips that only an experienced installer would know. Sam spent several hours of his own time and asked nothing in return. You can tell he takes great pride in his craft and really want's people to enjoy what they purchase. I wish more craftsmen approached their jobs with the integrity, pride and skill that Sam brought to us. He told us he has been doing this for 20 years and shows! I will never call anyone else about flooring and only refer business to Sam. Thank you Sam!

He repeated back everything that I had requested and even made some suggestions that were very helpful. To my surprise he started on the project pretty quickly and kept me updated ( with pictures ) as to the progress of it. That's excellent customer service. Now as to the quality of the project. One word. Excellent. The welds were perfect. I'm big on detail and I looked these tables over from top to bottom. Quality material, measurements were precise, and well balanced. I'm more than pleased with everything. It was a great experience all around. I'm definitely going to go directly here for all my future metal fabrication needs. I saved the question/answer about price for last, because quality of work comes first. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work will show for a lifetime. That's a "win" all the way around.

He had an attitude with me straight away! He said "Hello" and I said "Hey" and started looking at my packet of products I was interested in purchasing, and then he followed up with "HEY!" Again in a rude way. Im assuming he didn't hear my "hey" so I reminded him "yessir I said hello" btw I'm not a concrete stainer or do concrete work but I was sent to see if they had a specific product. I didn't even get his name he kicked me out as soon as I started trying to discuss a product. I had a packet with all the information needed but he didn't even care to take a look at it. I asked him "is everything okay?" "Did I come off on the wrong foot when I walked in?" And he asked if I had a problem! And I tried to call the person who sent me to get this product and he told me to just get out! Very shameful and disappointing for a small shop to have such poor customer service skills.
