We have been with J Bar for several years. We have a portable toilet on site; it is always clean, and they are excellent at restocking when scheduled. Our setup is unique for the drivers, but their dispatch office provides excellent details and assistance when needed. We also use their dumpster services. Called early Monday morning for a roll-off exchange. Was promised for the next day (Tuesday). By 3:30pm no roll-off, so I called. They said it would be pushed to Wednesday. Asked that it could be swapped early due to the delay, was told that was up to the dispatcher. Not very happy with J Bar Enterprises. read more

Rented two toilets and a 20 yd for my job site in Spicewood. It took J Bar three days to swap out my roll off. Toilets went two weeks with no cleaning. I called and I was told that they did not have anyone to service their units. Had deuce up the lid. Units must have weighed 500 lbs each. And each unit was $135+ tax per month for weekly service. read more

This company is a WRECK They've messed my billing up numerous times (I think we're at 6 times now), this will be the 3rd or 4th issue I must call up to resolve. The service over the phone was terrible and always had a negative tone. We constantly called because our service wasn't met to the minimum standards they said they were going to meet. They over charged us and even charged for weeks they didn't show up for. There was an issue with them every week. There's better companies for less money. read more

When my daughter's wedding was canceled in February 2021 due to the terrible snow and ice storm, J Bar Contractor's Service was unwilling to work with us to come up with a fair solution for both parties after multiple emails and attempts to communicate with the company. Products and services are fine, but the office staff/policies are ridiculous. They expect payment ahead of services, charge 10% interest monthly on "late" payments, provide no documentation of overweight dumpster fees ... I would only use them as a last resort. read more

This is a great company through and through. The owners have a good reputation for being lights in the community. They portray that through their business as well. Everyone that works here has amazing customer service and the moral seems to be better than average. The service they provide far exceeds any other company of the same industry.
