Filling up a 30 cubic yard dumpster is something you have to experience to believe. (I helped a bit but Brook really did 95% of the work and a lot of the trash was quite heavy.) Wow...the yard hasn't been as clean as it now is in years! We still have a chicken coop to demolish but will call Paradise Landcare back when it's taken down for haulage. So I can't recommend Paradise enough. All I had to do was send them some photos of the piles of junk, old wood and brush we wanted removed, Jennifer sent me an reasonable estimate, I agreed, Brook showed up with the big dumpster on the next working day, cleaned the place up and I paid the bill on line. My husband was able to reach out by calling/texting and someone was quickly able to provide a quote of $450-500 for labor, haul off and disposal which was very fairly priced. The final price was $600 as we didn't drain the hot tub and that would be a bit extra which we were fine with them handling to deconstructing and hauling away all. They also were able to quickly get us on schedule and the day of, updated us on their ETA during the arrival window. The crew was very professional and friendly and we were thrilled with the work and treatment of our property and hauling away everything, like you'd never know something used to be there, aka a hot tub!
