Long story short, I need garbage removed from my yard, and they responded to me in like seconds. I've never had any Yelp business respond that fast EVER. And they are friendly, had a schedule up, were reasonably priced, and considerate. Customer service is fantastic for Lone Wolf and I know I will come to them again if I ever have another project. The only reason we did not go with them, was the bid that came in after, was significantly lower and it's not something I can ignore. They were very quick to set up both appointments, with the installation of the new system the day after Bart was over to give me a quote. The guys who installed the system were right on time, very friendly and were done when they said they'd be. They even swept up the dust in my house after putting a seal around the vents. Bart came back the next day to check on the system and to set up surge protectors on the equipment. The price was well under my other quotes and I really appreciated the "paid in full discount" they offered. I'm going to sign up for an annual service from the company as well. It is a hefty expense, but I'm happy with Ellis Air and I'm glad I decided to give my business to them.

I contacted Ellis Heating and Air in Killeen, TX in July 2025 to service my unit. The technician…read moreadded freon yet advised me there was a leak that he could not find, further advising that my unit was "cheap" and needed to be replaced. Feeling a bit insulted, we ignored his opinion and thanked the tech for his assistance. I called Ellis again September of 2025 because my unit again was not cooling. Ellis sent another technician, who advised again our unit was "cheap" and the compressor needed to be replaced, and we did not have a warranty. Ellis quoted $3200.00 to replace the compressor, or, $3600.00 for a new unit. We questioned this because we just purchased this home in 2022, so we researched our unit ourselves. We scanned the QR code on the back of our unit which immediately reflected a full warranty through 2031. I was able to contact the company who installed the unit. They immediately came out and confirmed the compressor had not failed but we had a clogged filter dryer. $150.00 later our "cheap" unit is working perfectly! CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

Didn't respond to messages, texts, or calls and their voicemail was full. Which, of course, means that we now have to scramble to find a service at the last minute -- right before a holiday weekend -- before a new family was scheduled to move in. The snowball effect on everyone is quite impactful and costly. We just wish they could have had the courtesy to answer the phone or say they weren't coming, so we would've had an opportunity to find a replacement. But now, three sets of people are inconvenienced without as much as a text or "Sorry."
