I had some old scrap wood and pallets to get rid of along with an old twin metal bed frame that was bent. I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill. I highly recommend using them from my own personal experience.

Great company! My husband and I had a living room full of…read morecardboard boxes (some broken down, others not) loose packing materials, old bedding, and the odd broken small kitchen appliance. Like most, we put it off, trying to do it ourselves. But after hearing a noise coming from the boxes-a tiny squirrel-we knew that to get him out, first things first - That junk HAD to come out FAST. We immediately called and requested estimates from a few local Austin area Junk Removal services who could get a truck out to us with immediate ASAP service! JACKRABBIT JUNK REMOVAL TO THE RESCUE! In less than 15 minutes, we had a call back from a gentleman named Rolin, who understood our immediate needs and gave us an idea of the cost of the job-w/no upsells, no additional charges. They arrived first thing next morning-texting us to let us know they were on their way, getting here right on time & ready to go! Rolin and his able assistant were quick & thorough-my entire area was cleared in less than 2 hours. Price was very reasonable, actually costing far less than we had expected. He explained that he bases the job cost on the size of the load. If you have need to get rid of any of your unwanted junk-then JACKRABBIT JUNK REMOVAL should be your first call. We are already planning the next clean out of our garage for later this year-and of course Rolin will be our first call.

I will use Jack Rabbit Junk Removal and Rolin again! Highly recommend! Thank you Rolin!

I had estimates from $200 to over 1K $$$ when I sent out a list of items I anticipated needed to be removed. One of the many things I liked about Pick Up Haulers is that they do their best to sort everything that they pick up and try to recycle it at the appropriate places instead of just taking it all to the landfill. They ended up spending more than a couple of hours lifting and carrying stuff out to their flatbed trailer /they also disassembled a trundle bed and were able to take it in the mattress to the truck . They determine their price based on the amount of space (? Cubic feet )We ended up using about 3/4 of their space on their large flatbed trailer and the fee was just a little over $300. I felt that was very fair for the services provided. Texas in May isn't usually quite as hot & humid as the Friday we moved. I enjoyed Chris and the young man that was his employee. They were very respectful and understood our situation. I would definitely use them again and plan to whenever we decide to move!! One thing I will say is that after this experience I definitely feel that less. (much less.!!) is more! LOL
