My husband was able to reach out by calling/texting and someone was quickly able to provide a quote of $450-500 for labor, haul off and disposal which was very fairly priced. They also were able to quickly get us on schedule and the day of, updated us on their ETA during the arrival window. The crew was very professional and friendly and we were thrilled with the work and treatment of our property and hauling away everything, like you'd never know something used to be there, aka a hot tub! The electrical portion was left and the guy stated we could have an electrician come to cap it but other than that, JunkGuys was so helpful and great at taking care of this so quickly for us :) We look forward to reaching out again and using them next time we have projects that require further clean out and removal of things!

I had estimates from $200 to over 1K $$$ when I sent out a list of items I anticipated needed to be removed. One of the many things I liked about Pick Up Haulers is that they do their best to sort everything that they pick up and try to recycle it at the appropriate places instead of just taking it all to the landfill. They ended up spending more than a couple of hours lifting and carrying stuff out to their flatbed trailer /they also disassembled a trundle bed and were able to take it in the mattress to the truck . They determine their price based on the amount of space (? Cubic feet )We ended up using about 3/4 of their space on their large flatbed trailer and the fee was just a little over $300. I felt that was very fair for the services provided. Texas in May isn't usually quite as hot & humid as the Friday we moved. I enjoyed Chris and the young man that was his employee. They were very respectful and understood our situation. I would definitely use them again and plan to whenever we decide to move!! One thing I will say is that after this experience I definitely feel that less. (much less.!!) is more! LOL

We immediately called and requested estimates from a few local Austin area Junk Removal services who could get a truck out to us with immediate ASAP service! JACKRABBIT JUNK REMOVAL TO THE RESCUE! In less than 15 minutes, we had a call back from a gentleman named Rolin, who understood our immediate needs and gave us an idea of the cost of the job-w/no upsells, no additional charges. They arrived first thing next morning-texting us to let us know they were on their way, getting here right on time & ready to go! Rolin and his able assistant were quick & thorough-my entire area was cleared in less than 2 hours. Price was very reasonable, actually costing far less than we had expected. He explained that he bases the job cost on the size of the load. If you have need to get rid of any of your unwanted junk-then JACKRABBIT JUNK REMOVAL should be your first call. We are already planning the next clean out of our garage for later this year-and of course Rolin will be our first call.

The mover guy said "I am sooo sorry I broke that". He was genuinely sorry. Here's where the problems start. We paid for the extra damage insurance/waver thing. Extra money per pound. They said they could not do ANYTHING about the scratched items... ok. WTF. But what about the cracked cabinet? They wanted to either fix it for 5 WEEKS (LOL) or give us $250. It's a 300lb piece of furniture. I am not letting you carry it back downstairs and keep it for 5 weeks for the "possibility of repair" then carry it back up.
