For weeks after this deadline, he would promise to have the appraisal to us by the next day; however now he has completely ghosted us. He will not answer his phone, return emails or phone calls. I feel forced to hire another appraiser which will be more expensive now that we are under a time crunch. Unfortunately we will be forced to file a complaint with the licensing agency as well and sue him for the return of the retainer.

I found B & B Diamonds.. saw all the great high reviews and great positive comments. Sent a message and within an hour, I received a response from Alon, made an appointment for Friday. Alon is the best in town, we had the best conversation, felt like I have known him for years! He doesn't pressure you at all, he will give you the best fair reasonable price, HANDS DOWN! I was nervous going to meet him to sell and get rid of my 14k, 18k, 22k, 24k white and yellow gold and some small platinum earrings. If you're looking to sell and get rid of your gold jewelry, don't go to a pawn shop, reach out to Alon! You won't be disappointed! Cause I will for sure since I found more gold jewelry that I don't wear, that is collecting dust.

Neither of us had a solid idea of what the home was worth so we agreed to split the cost of an appraisal. We found reaa online and saw all the good reviews here on yelp and made the decision to hire them. My first phone call went to voicemail but I was contacted back within the hour by Rob. He set us an appointment with Dale for a time that worked with our schedules. Dale arrived on time and was very pleasant. The appointment did not take long and we had a report in the next few days. Although the value came out much higher than we could afford to offer, we were very happy with the speed and ease of the service. When we decide to buy a home we will definitely call Rob and his team.

Unfortunately, that was not the case here. This appraiser was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to answer any questions--general or otherwise. Every question was shut down abruptly with no attempt at professionalism or customer service. The experience felt transactional and disrespectful, especially considering the importance of an appraisal in a mortgage process.
