He set us an appointment with Dale for a time that worked with our schedules. Dale arrived on time and was very pleasant. The appointment did not take long and we had a report in the next few days. Although the value came out much higher than we could afford to offer, we were very happy with the speed and ease of the service. When we decide to buy a home we will definitely call Rob and his team.

Our property is located in a gated community, they used comps from different non gated neighboring communities. We had to pay $20k out of pocket because these people have no idea what they are doing. Granted this business as a whole is a total scam because they are "independent" and accountable to no one, these guys are extra special. Our agent presented a clear case, including specific homes that should have been used as comps and a house 4 doors down that is the exact same house, with a pool that sold for $400k more and they didn't budge. Stay away from these people. At best they are incompetent, and at worst, vindictive.

When I called bottle auctioneers, I asked if he was the one I spoke to, and gave several points of reference that we had during our conversation such as that he was out of town and where out of town he was and so on Mr. Waddle said that he indeed was the auctioneer that I spoke to so I didn't even realize that that was a tooinventory procedure consisted of items grouped together then photographed with Mr Waddles cell phone. He did not have items listed when he said he would. It was two weeks later that he started listing my then noticed very quickly that there were several items that were not listed so I thought a different auction, I received the settle meant and they were not auctioned anywhere else. In fact they weren't even listed on there and I have called him several times inquiring about the items that were never auctioned and he has either ignored my phone calls or said he would look into it, but nothing has ever come of it and he's never called me to rectify this at all. He always has some sort of excuse, do not trust your family heirlooms with this monster, he lies, cheats and steals he doesn't care hurts and trust have an excuse for did even properly advertise my items he had them mixed in with things that did go together the amount of money that I received for my estate is shameful.
