Today, Blake arrived right on time to service our heater. He got right to work. Each time I checked in with him, he provided an update on what he was finding. Fortunately each report was positive and our system checked out perfectly. He changed the filter. I told him about what we thought might be some baby critters (field mice?) might have been in our crawl space based on some chirping/squealing noises. He volunteer to go down in our crawl space to check it out. He very thoroughly checked every foot of the crawl and found nothing. He confirmed that our crawl was in fact air tight & vented via our HVAC system. He was eager to insure that our minds were at ease regarding the performance of our heating system. He even brought to my attention that our water heater system has a very slow drip at a pipe joint so that I could call someone out to check it out.
