We called these guys to come look at our AC last week after it died in the middle of the night…read more While I do appreciate that their tech came out, you could tell he simply did not actually care and just wanted to try and charge whatever he could. The "issue" he diagnosed wasn't even the actual issue. It was a bad wire, and clogged drain. Not a thermostat. Had we listened to him, we would have paid close to $1,000 and still not have had the answer. The tech was the one "freakin" on his so called diagnosis and pricing. Only call these guys if you want a tech that's doesn't actually care and treats you like a bad mechanic only there for the upsell. Editing to reply to the owner: I have no interest in training your technician how to not be a slime ball. You need to teach your techs how to be honest and more detailed, not just jump to the incorrect conclusion because it's a hot day. I know it was hot. I was the one suffering in my horribly hot house. The thermostat that he said needed replacing is working perfectly well. We had a neighbor with HVAC experience figure out the problem. Pretty bad when someone who left the business 10 years ago was better at the job than your paid tech. Even worse- me and ChatGPT figured out the clogged drain part. And I am not a handy person. If AI can do a better job than your technician- that's saying a whole hell of a lot.

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Electric of Meridian, Idaho!…read more As a real customer in Meridian, I recently needed a reliable electrician and spent time reading through 25-30 reviews before deciding. Mr. Electric stood out with consistently excellent feedback and--important to me--they offer a military discount as a thank-you for service members. From the first phone call, the experience was exceptional. I spoke with, "Chad", a patient, professional representative who genuinely tried to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone before even scheduling a visit. That's rare these days and showed real care for saving me time and money. Once scheduled, I received helpful text updates, including a photo and short bio of the arriving electrician--Joshua Stanley--which made me feel even more confident and comfortable. Joshua arrived on time, worked efficiently, and--best of all--took the time afterward to clearly explain exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. No jargon, just straightforward answers that left me feeling informed and relieved. The entire process was professional, transparent, and customer-focused from start to finish. Mr. Electric has now earned my complete trust as my go-to electrician for any future needs. If you're in the Meridian/Boise area and want top-notch service you can count on, look no further. (Now I just need to find a plumber and handyman who match this level of quality!) Thanks again, Mr. Electric--especially Joshua Stanley--for the outstanding work!
