Misty's is a lounge located in the lobby of a hotel. Unlike your typical hotel lounge in the Inland Empire, Misty's offers live entertainment 7 nights a week with a nice size dance floor, bar and multiple flat panel TVs. Initially, I was duped into visiting Misty's but after a few minutes I realized this place is fun...for the right person. If you like cover bands, seasoned and mature women, unhappy Asian mail-order brides, and guys that fail miserably at regular clubs - this is your place. Misty's is a fun diverse crowd with aggressive (but nice) women. The band is very entertaining, the drinks are strong, and the service is accommodating. Its Saturday night and you're looking to go out. Dunno what to do or where to go. I got yelp on free wi-fi. Closest thing thats poppin' is 60miles west in LA. Hmmm do I drive an 1:15hr one way in a big V8 to go stand in line for another hr? Hell nah, we staying right here. This review is for the lounge portion of the place. So after the pool we all get dressed and head down. WTF $15 bucks for cover? We are hotel guests and it brings it down to 7 bucks a pop. More than I want to pay for a freaking hotel lounge but whatever. They shut down my cousin because he has a t-shrit on, he has to go all the way back to the room and change. Apparently this place looks like its the only game in town and I must say, this place was freaking packed. We rolled in about 11pm and nowhere to sit. Bar seats -full, 50 or so tables -full, patio area outside- mostly full but hard to hear and see the crowd. The crowd was mostly grown and sexy, lots of 40-50yrs. You don't got to worry about getting into fights here. More like cougars grabbing your ass. lots of old quiet couples chilling at the tables. My mom felt right at home in this place.I got her a virgin strawberry daiquiri while me and the youngins loaded up on patron shots. They had a live band that did a pretty good job on the music. They did a lot of 90's music and kept the crowd moving. I have never seen a crowd clear out off the dance floor when chris brown or usher came out. That was mind blowing. Bar didn't really know how to make mixed drinks so we just stuck to shots. Drinks ranged from 7.50 to 8.50 way cheaper than i'm used to. They serve bar food like buffalo wings too, but good luck getting a server. Once we loaded up, we were ready to dance. Finish your drink first, they don't let you drink on the dance floor. The dance floor is pretty small but you can get right up close to the stage and interact with the band. This is a good case of trying to take a situation and making it positive. I have been to Misty's on several occasions with friends and dates over the passed 2 years. It's probably one of the few, if not the only decent 'professional 35plus' age group clientele nightclubs in the Inland Empire. Although I can see a bunch of 20something reviews on here referring to it as 'cougar-ville' acting like 21 year olds,. Well that's open to interpretation, no law says you can't be over 40 look great and fun! I have never notice any sleazy, creepy, trashy or any kind of riffraff type clientele in there. It's manly a older, professional crowd having fun and a little dressed up for the night. Music is good and I haven't seen a bad band perform there yet. The only issue is the dance floor is small for the size of the club and gets very crowded after 11pm. Cocktail drink service is usually decent. During the week, you get quite a few people there on business from out of town as it is in the Double Tree Hilton. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! If I could give this place negative Stars I would. Staff was absolutely unaccomodating!!! On our WEDDING NIGHT our intentions was to keep the party going at MISTY'S..Yeah that didn't happen. Talk about a wrench in the evening. We had about 15 rooms booked at the hotel with our guests, I felt embarrased for my guests that the staff at Misty's was not only beyond rude, but incredibly arrogant. My husband and I were told we wouldn't have a problem and be given free entrance (I know $7 cover no big deal, it's the principle considering it was our wedding day) You think they would say "Oh Congrats, Sure come on in have a Good Time!!!" NOPE. We ended up paying unless we could prove to the cashier lady we were told otherwise. Yes were still in our wedding attire. No joke we had a group of nearly 30 people ready to continue the party dance. Also they had a dress code of no flip flops, I guess they're trying to remain a classy joint, while treating customers so poorly. I didn't realize Misty's was considered another country my cousin from Mexico had two forms of ID As they requested, but wouldn't let her in because she didn't have her passport. Seriously people. There was a group of 6 people trying to convince the Manager she was of age, ( She's 22) Her Dad, My Father, Two cousins in Law enforcement, My cousin who was a regular, also another Hotel Guest From Canada...who didn't have to show his passport to enter. So since she didn't get in none of us went. Their Excuse It's California Law...and they could get shut down, if they let her in...so we took our business elsewhere...to our suite, bought a few cold packs, had a load of plastic cups delivered to the room. Ended up getting a noise complaint...Whatever, their loss...save $$ in our pockets. I definitely would not consider this place, even if was offered give free entrance for Life. read more

Wow. This place was rocking. I was looking for a quiet place to work on my computer & do office e-mails. Came to the bar on Sunday evening expecting to be alone. Within 30 minutes a band started to warm up and the place started to get packed. The folks came out of the wood work to dance, party and have fun. Never in my business travels have I seen a bar that was a real dance place. By the time I finally left (I stuck around longer just to people watch), it was every chair taken and the dance floor packed corner to corner. The band was good and it was a serious local hang out. I stayed in the Doubletree Hotel where Misty's Lounge is located. I had been driving for 4 hours to get here, I didn't feel like driving another hour back into town to go out, so I settled for this place. For coming through in the clutch, this place deserves 3 stars. If I had driven here specifically for this club, paid $15 to get in (WTF?! I feel bad for all of you who had to pay for this, I got in free!) and all that, yeah, my review would be looking more like a 1 or 2 as well. Anyway, yeah, this place is definitely cougar country. I was the youngest person in there, with less than a dozen or so that were around my age. The dance floor reminded me of a 70's discoteca, and I couldn't see this place being a stand-alone club split off from the Doubletree. I'm sure it works great for luring tired travellers staying at the hotel, but I can't see a bunch of "regulars" coming back here. Beers were $5, my Rum and Cokes were $6.50. I do have to say the band was entertaining, it's always funny to see middle-aged men and women singing Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance." Not a terrible place to hang out, but definitely NOT the place to go on a Friday/Saturday night, feel me? I also would've turned right the hell around if they tried to stick me with a cover charge. How do I really write a fair review for Misty's? Couple things about me first. For starters, I don't drink too often, I don't hit the club scene, and I don't dance with random strangers. If that's your thing, that you'll have a great time at Misty's. Located inside the Doubletree Hotel, I was actually shocked that this place was packed each night I was staying at this hotel. A handful of my co-workers wanted to stop by and check it out. I didn't want to be the killjoy or party pooper, so I joined in with them. They had a great time drinking and socializing. I spoke to some of the employees and other guests about this play. All have said that Misty's is a popular place to party for hotel guest, business guest, and even some of the locals. Who would have thought? Really, at a Doubletree? I didn't stay long, but if you you're looking for lounge in the area that's more like a crazy club inside a tamed hotel, Misty's is the place for you. In Ontario for a meeting and staying at this hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to eat. I ordered what was a promising salad: It was saturated to where the leaves were wilting. It's a $16 salad, the only way to ruin it is with a bug, hair, or to much dressing. This one was swimming in the sauce. The service here was also slow. This place is a good place to meet up with friends. The food is not that great but the music is pretty nice and the place is packed all the time. They have different band playing there every week and my favorite is The Klique BAND. People are pretty friendly once you get to know them. DJ Jim plays all kind of music and they have Karaoke nights every Thursday from 6-9pm. So give it a try. You will however see a more mature guest there and that should be not a problem if you like to dance or listen to the music. read more

So first time here. Came to watch Soto play and of course they are always fabulous! We went in early to make sure we had a place to sit. Good thing because the place was packed! We had an excellent waitress. I wish I knew her name because she was awesome! We had the nachos, calamari and wings. Everything was excellent and I was actually pretty impressed. The drinks are on point too nothing weak came out not once and I had a lot of them! We spent about $122 for what they called appetizers but it was more like dinner for us. It was a lot of food and it fed 4 of us plus I had around 6 drinks, my hubby had 4 beers and 2 shots. Pretty good bang for our buck. Now for the crowd. No drama and yes the cougs were out but over all nice place to come to. The crowd is definitely grown folks and at my age I think it was great! Early 30's and up. Went on a Friday night, I was wearing heels a nice shirt and denim shorts. My boyfriend was wearing a band shirt, jeans and sneakers. Security did NOT let me in because I was wearing shorts. I didn't realize its was okay for my boyfriend to wear casual clothes but yet I was wearing shorts and they didn't let me in. Btw it was a "casual" night. My friend and I went to Misty's last night. It took a bit of finagling to get passed the 'dress code' inspection, but we had a good time once inside. we were told it was semi-formal and they were strictly enforcing the dress code (and my cute leather sandals weren't allowed because they didn't have a heel... really!?!?!!). Luckily my friend had extra heels in her car. So I changed shoes and we went in. Needless to say, the dress code was not being enforced because there were several other women in flats, even tennis shoes, and a few wore shorts (another no-no item). I guess they can just pick and choose who they want.... Once inside, the band - Soto, was good, and there was a DJ during breaks (DJ was great). Everyone was dancing and having a good time. The food, at least the burger & fries were quite tasty too. Drinks were quite good too. and our server, Michelle, was very attentive, professional, personable, and available. I would go again (after carefully considering my attire). They would have gotten 4 stars if it weren't for the wishy-washy dress code. read more
