We went in to purchase an Xbox 360, a legacy console. They had 2, they both looked the same and both were priced at $100. We asked how big is the hard drive? They guy told us they were 500 gigs and that he'd sell either to us for $60 since they never sell anymore. We bought one, got it home, hooked it up only to find out it was a 4gig hard drive, which doesn't work for us. We took it back and explained that what he sold us was wrong and could we see the other. The other was 256 gigs, so we asked if we could trade. Now realizing the difference, he not only wouldn't let us trade, but said either we pay another 20 dollars or he'd give us a refund but that it would take 10 days to get the money we paid 10 minutes ago back. Completely unethical and shady business practice. When we walked in, he not only didn't know the difference between the two, but also sold us something under false pretenses and charged us more to get what we thought we were buying in the first place. I will never go back for anything, and would highly recommend against anyone else doing business there either. read more

I have been going to this Mr. money for over I always go to this pawnshop over any other pawnshop in Cheyenne the staff is very professional. Recently a new employee named Brooke has started. She constantly talks down to me. I'm even overheard her say to other employees that she thought this belongings I had that I was pawning were stolen. I would easily give this pawnshop 4 to 5 stars if it weren't for Brooke. So just a warning to other shoppers going into this pawnshop try to get another employee not Brooke. Josh or Connor or Jerry are great. And if Mr. Money corporate is reading this yelp review. Please understand that Brooke is not an asset to your company. This review is not coming easily I have tried to give her the benefit of several times. But it has gotten ridiculous. read more

If you pawn tools at this pawn shop you should check them before you sign any papers. I would recommend a different pawn shop. My sprayer had their color of paint on it so not sure what to think about that. read more

at first thought this was a nice shop, but a female manager named Lily had a psychotic episode yesterday that was completely uncalled for and unprofessional her short purple hair was outstanding but her personality and actions were terrible. How she got to be manager of any store let alone a place licensed to handle buy and sell fire arms. is just scary. so it all started as I was helping my son fill out a form and instructing him to never leave an empty box on a form draw a line thru it or write n/a or draw a squiggly line all thru the box, Lily interrupted me and said "No don't draw a line thru it" ( wow ) I said look lady Im trying to teach him something you never leave a box blank to be filled in later after you sign it, so draw a line thru it. Lily actually screamed in my face longtime and grabbed the form, i stepped back from her reach then she walked ten feet thru a doorway and screamed out loud again like another war cry, and started throwing and slamming stuff around, we went outside and called the store phone numbers listed on back of store card and told a girl in casper store what had just happened and said we want our paperwork back she just soured the deal we dont want to buy anything from your store now but we want our personal data back right now, dont wanna leave a signed document for you to use to steal our identity, Lily said these are federal papers and they dont leave the store. to which I replied theres something wrong with you young lady that was completely uncalled for and inappropriate, she said well at least i went over there to throw stuff and scream, i said a manager does not act this way at all. You Lily should NOT BE MANAGER Of anything especially some place that deals with guns. that woman over there has more cool than you she should be manager not you. Now we want our paperwork back because you soured the sale with your tantrum psychotic episode so give us our paperback or you will be getting a letter and going to court for identity theft. she told me Lily said the boss says you and your son arent allowed in this store anymore. well I have no problem with that except for our identity which is recorded in our UCC1 lien over 30 days and is now a point of fact in LAW. we have all of our Allodial rights and in our collateral properties portion of our UCC1 lien it states that "No Corporation may steal our identity or use our trademark/trade name or keep any documents of ours against our will. with a minimum $5,000 fee for keeping our documents and a min $500,000 for unauthorized use of our trademark/tradename. there is a minimum fee per agent per use of $500,000 per payable to us upon demand and notice to agent is notice to principal, notice to principal is notice to agent, you have been notified return our documents now or pay us for interfering with our commerce and holding our private property hostage and stealing our identity. Please pay us the money owed for unauthorized uses and theft of private property.
