When voicing how shameful I felt that was, the response included "and who the hell are you." Your customer, duh, a community member who is sickened by that abuse of power and general lack of human decency - I'm standing on the opposite side of the counter, what else am I? When asked her relationship to the woman helping me, she replies "I'm her manager." Next logical step is to ask for her manager He comes up and essentially tells me that their behavior is none of my business. Uh, if it wasn't my business why is it taking place in front of me? So I wait (respectfully) for the lady who was degraded to finish up what she's doing for me when the manager of the place comes up. Where it seems like he's going to be a somewhat decent person he ends up commenting on him waiting for me to start running my mouth. That's the final straw. Talking down on employees and customers. That's disgusting behavior and not at all what anyone would think that shop stands for. John, the owner, needs to address this issue and voice to the community his apologies and methods for implementing healthier work environment. What I witnessed is a nasty, toxic work environment. The lady directly degraded needs and deserves an apology from her manager and the store manager that was on duty. If they don't treat their people good, don't think you as a community member will be shown any more respect.

The other was 256 gigs, so we asked if we could trade.
