Paul was quick to respond, had reasonable rates (especially for same-day service), showed up exactly when he said he would, and knocked the job out fast and efficiently. No drama, no sketchiness, just honest, professional work. Highly recommend Paul if you want someone dependable, fair, and above board. I'll definitely be keeping his info for the future!

(I purchased the car with only 1 fob. I had already ordered 2 more but didn't get around to getting them programmed.) I called them back and asked if they could send someone out when they were in the area. I get a call back from a tech and he said he could head my way but we agreed on the next day. Nobody called back the next day. So, one more day later I call and I get the first guy I spoke to on the phone again. He tells me that they will not come out and it's probably my remote. Then he starts telling me that I didn't pay enough for the second fob anyway and that the guy shouldn't have done it for that price. He continued to refuse to do it and when I told him I would yelp this experience he responded "oh, you're one of those kind of customers" and he hung up on me.
