    I had my first visit to this new location in the Rockledge/Viera area today in hopes of getting a car wash and wax application. Upon driving up, Andrew was the attendant who assisted me today. I would like to express how lovely my experience was because of him! I had a card with a few car washes on it and had some additional questions as well that he answered completely. He has such a pleasant and warm demeanor and is an asset to the company. Andrew provided such excellent customer service that I believe deserves to be recognized, especially in today's climate where so many take the time to complain while letting the excellent experiences go without saying a word to the company. I would also like to say the gentleman who was inside the car wash tunnel was so kind and friendly as well! He let me know he would make sure the wax option did apply to my car because I was not sure if my car received it during the first drive through (it most certainly did the second time!). Also, it didn't take long but you could feel the thoroughness of the wash while going through. The colors were lovely going through too, which is always a plus lol. I liked how when you kept your car in neutral, it gently rolls you out and you don't have to frantically get your car in drive in worry that the car behind you is about to rear end you. That was a great detail that made the experience from start to finish enjoyable. Customer service is such an integral key of one's experience and what I received today was out of the park . A wonderful experience so much so that I will absolutely be returning!

    Carwash chipped my paint left side passenger door

    I drove my car to mister car wash and ran it through twice like I normally do to make sure all the bugs are off the front bumper today when I got out to dry and vacuume my car like normal my left side passenger door was missing the paint. when notified the manager on duty he took pic and told me that I will hear something in 72 hours i take very good care of my car not A dent or anything on my car before this

    Bike light or reflector jammed in the vacuum for the past week....... Still there.

    If it would let me, I would give 0 stars for a good reason, however that's not an option so they get 1. Since Mr. Car Wash opened this location, it's been nothing but the same lack of management the Wickham Rd. Location is. These are cancers, not isolated issues and have consistently gone unchecked for years since opening. Vacuums never work, understaffed, and marginal facility overall. Biggest recurring problem aside from the lack of care shared by employees and management, is the constant problems with the vacuums. They are always full of debris and inoperable. If there was more than 2 people on staff, a manager could/should be checking for these types of problems on a regular basis. Today, like usual..... I pulled into the first bay to find a reflector still jammed in the vacuum head. It's only been there a week, so I'm sure they recommend using a diff bay. Who has 1-2 min to fix equip. After vacuuming, I tried blowing out the water from door gaps and trim, there isn't enough air pressure to even blow your hair around, much less blow water from tight spots. Employees sitting in they're cars listening to vulgar music, which gets everyone's attention. Car wash is owned by former retail chain, "Sports Authority" who went bankrupt do to a lack of leadership & management. I guess it's no surprise they would you get into the car wash business and mismanage that as well. I drive 15 miles out of the way when possible to goto Bills Car Wash on 192. This is an example of what a car wash should be. So maybe Mister Car Watch should organize a field trip for they're employees planning on staying with the company more than a week, and show them how a real car wash is run and operated.

I had no idea who Whistle Express Car Wash was. I called 980-246-4037 and got a message of no customer service agent available. Leave a message. I drove to the store/car wash, it was open(even though the website said "closed". Today, the website still says it is closed. ) I spoke to 2 manager. Even though I have a sticker on my car that is "active" and I showed them the credit card receipt, they had a difficult time locating my multiple years' membership. After some time they discovered they had entered my phone # incorrectly on membership. They said they corrected it. He was unwilling to cancel my membership at that moment because, "it would take too long to refund me." They said I could go on my account and cancel the membership. Later, I tried and "no account was found". They said someone from WECW would call me by 5pm yesterday. I am still waiting. I messaged WECW online. They sent me an email with a "email verification link". When I clicked the link it said, "link expired". I emailed them and corresponded with Joseline Customer Care. Felt like an auto response email. Joseline suggested I log into my membership account and adjust it. I told her I could not because no account could be found because they inserted my information incorrectly. I have yet to hear back. Nothing resolved. When I visited the car wash I told the same manager that the last several months of washes, my car had a significant amount of soap left on it after the rinse cycle. That is still the case-not a good wash and certainly not worth an $8 increase!!
