Took my Jeep through to knock off the road grime. I was very impressed with the quality of the facility, the staff, and the quality of the wash. It's just an old Jeep to tow behind my RV, so I don't splurge on the added services; just the $10 wash for me, please! The filtration system they use is phenomenal, as the Jeep, blown dry in the tunnel, came thru without any excessive water. By the time I'd toweled off the glass the entire body was already dry. The vacuums worked fine and I appreciate that there are separate hoses for each side of the car, rather than having to drag the hose through the interior to vacuum the other side. Mister Car Wash is a chain; I've used them in St. Pete, Tampa, Fort Myers and now Viera. The experience has always been pleasant! read more

I had my first visit to this new location in the Rockledge/Viera area today in hopes of getting a car wash and wax application. Upon driving up, Andrew was the attendant who assisted me today. I would like to express how lovely my experience was because of him! I had a card with a few car washes on it and had some additional questions as well that he answered completely. He has such a pleasant and warm demeanor and is an asset to the company. Andrew provided such excellent customer service that I believe deserves to be recognized, especially in today's climate where so many take the time to complain while letting the excellent experiences go without saying a word to the company. I would also like to say the gentleman who was inside the car wash tunnel was so kind and friendly as well! He let me know he would make sure the wax option did apply to my car because I was not sure if my car received it during the first drive through (it most certainly did the second time!). Also, it didn't take long but you could feel the thoroughness of the wash while going through. The colors were lovely going through too, which is always a plus lol. I liked how when you kept your car in neutral, it gently rolls you out and you don't have to frantically get your car in drive in worry that the car behind you is about to rear end you. That was a great detail that made the experience from start to finish enjoyable. Customer service is such an integral key of one's experience and what I received today was out of the park . This place has gone down hill from the moment it opened. They do zero maintenance on their equipment, wait for complete failure then get on a corporate list for the repair guy to show up months later. While several prices of wash equipment have now been replaced, the wrap around brushes don't wrap around. Two sets of lower body brushes don't work and the vacuums have been virtually useless for over 3 months. Several are now turned on but have very poor suction. What's their answer? They post a bunch of new flags announcing some new product and pestering customers each time they enter the gates, Can't wait for the new Tommy's Car wash under construction on Wickham to open so I can cancel my monthly plan with this poorly run business. read more

Very disappointing car wash. The overhead brushes never come down and the right side doesn't make very good contact. The rinse area doesn't get enough time, and as a consequence the car looks soapy after the dry area. This has happened the last 2 times. We will not be back. read more

Know what to expect when you go here... first they will ask you for a tip right away when they literally don't even touch your vehicle. This really struck a nerve with me being in the tipping industry myself. Then they don't provide towels for drying and cleaning the rest of the dirt off. And they don't have glass cleaner, multipurpose cleaner or tire cleaner so bring your own!!! The vacuums n air hoses don't have much power I assume from all the use so be prepared to vacuum your car again when you get home. We found that we had to go home and spend more time cleaning the car. It was a waste of time and money and I seriously don't recommend this place. If it would let me, I would give 0 stars for a good reason, however that's not an option so they get 1. Since Mr. Car Wash opened this location, it's been nothing but the same lack of management the Wickham Rd. Location is. These are cancers, not isolated issues and have consistently gone unchecked for years since opening. Vacuums never work, understaffed, and marginal facility overall. Biggest recurring problem aside from the lack of care shared by employees and management, is the constant problems with the vacuums. They are always full of debris and inoperable. If there was more than 2 people on staff, a manager could/should be checking for these types of problems on a regular basis. Today, like usual..... I pulled into the first bay to find a reflector still jammed in the vacuum head. It's only been there a week, so I'm sure they recommend using a diff bay. Who has 1-2 min to fix equip. After vacuuming, I tried blowing out the water from door gaps and trim, there isn't enough air pressure to even blow your hair around, much less blow water from tight spots. Employees sitting in they're cars listening to vulgar music, which gets everyone's attention. Car wash is owned by former retail chain, "Sports Authority" who went bankrupt do to a lack of leadership & management. I guess it's no surprise they would you get into the car wash business and mismanage that as well. I drive 15 miles out of the way when possible to goto Bills Car Wash on 192. This is an example of what a car wash should be. So maybe Mister Car Watch should organize a field trip for they're employees planning on staying with the company more than a week, and show them how a real car wash is run and operated. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would. Mister Carwash significantly damaged my car. My car's paint was pristine before I took my car to Mister Carwash to get washed. It had no paint chips, scratches, or swirl Mark's in the paint previously. I had gotten their unlimited monthly membership in January 2023 and less than a month of using their carwash and my car paint now has hundreds/thousands of dollars worth of damage to the paint. My mechanic had inspected my car back in December of 2022 so he knew how pristine the paint job was on my car before taking it to the car wash. I then took it to my mechanic in January 2023 to have my mechanic look at the damage and he said that this type of damage definitely had to have happened at the carwash and said since the chips & scratches are down to the metal that it can't be buffed out and it will completely have to be repainted. It seems like Mister Carwash has been having a lot of issues lately with damages that their carwashes have caused and they won't take accountability and will deny your claim. After giving me the run around for almost a month, talking to different managers, and them making me bring my car back up to their location multiple times on my dime only to have different managers look at it and they ended up denying my claim. And they gave me the same excuse/statement they give others when they deny their claim which is "the damage wasn't consistent with how our brushes and machinery work". And the district manager wanted me to drive my car through their wash again to see how the damage could have been caused to my car. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable taking my car through the car wash again being that it sustained all these damages from going through it previously. So I declined. There are a lot of others that have had their cars damaged, made a claim, and were denied. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau now since I tried to go through Mister Carwash directly and they denied my claim. They keep telling me to contact their company in different ways which all in the end result in absolutely no help and them just telling me that there is nothing more that they can do. Unless you want to get hundreds/thousands worth of damage to your car and then them not taking accountability for the damage and denying your claim don't take your car here. All those white marks and specs that you see in the photos are paint chips, scratches, and swirls that the Mister Carwash caused on my black car paint. Many times (once a week at least) there's something not working or my car gets the cheap wash like the person I front or behind and the system does bit recognize that I'm paying for the best wash. The rubber hoses for the air blowers at the end are way to close and are rubbing and scratching the cars they need to be more well aware of the issues and get things fixed we pay for 4 cars monthly get your Buisness back in order read more

Went back spoke to attendant who said O yeah the other kid was supposed to tell you we're out of shine. So said I would have gotten cheaper wash. No response.
