Tom Keyes showed up on time. He did beautiful work. Left no mess behind when he was finished. My car is gorgeous! The surface is like a mirror. I can put a hankie on the hood and it slides off. We had the Express Detail which included many of the typical services for a Detail. Tom showed up right on time, even very early in the morning, and was so professional. He is very detail oriented and efficient (use of time and resources). The cost was not beyond the expectation for this kind of service. I have to say, I got this car one week ago from the dealer. I wasn't really so keen on this Outside, during the day but come to you mobile detailing. I've never heard of any reputable detailing products made to be used in the direct, flaming ass Florida sun. But then again, Tom had a long list of very positive reviews, most importantly, several customers using him for multi-vehicles and multi-years. It's hard to deny those testimonials. I was selling my 2017 Camry the following day and figured what the heck, surely he'd be able to get it looking Some better anyway. Tom arrived right on time and I did ask him if he'd need water since all my outside water is well water, really not that great for car washing. Nope, he is indeed fully self-contained. Yes my car did have a little pet hair and yes I already knew that is harder to vacuum out. That added $30 to the $200 quote for the full inside and outside. More $ than the detail at Mr. Carwash but WAY less than an indoor storefront detailer I checked on. I am sure he did a much better job than Mr. Carwash. Plus, I'm a single guy. Taking an Uber home for the few hrs then returning to get my car from Mr. Carwash would have added $40 right there to the detail costs. Tom was done in about 2.5 hrs and the car looked very nice. I had gone over the paint job the day before the detail looking Very Closely for any scratching pre-detail and knew there wasn't any. Their wasn't any after Tom was finished either. In fact, the 2 uber minor Clear coat scratches that Only I could find Before, were much harder for Me to find Post detail. However he does things in bright sunlight works very well. Thankfully, his final "look" was more a semi gloss/matte finish, not any super high gloss super shiney, Armor-All look inside or on the tires. So, it appears I too will end up being one of his repeat with multi-vehicle customers. There may as good as Tom detailers in town, but Not for the same money Tom charges and the added convenience of coming to you that Tom does. read more

I scheduled to have my car detailed with hopes of making it look and smell brand new so I can trade it in for a new car. Well let me tell you, they delivered. He was right on time and let me know in advance if I wanted anything extra done it would cost a little extra. I was fine with paying a bit extra because I really wanted the car to look great. I chose Dolphin Mobile Detail for various reasons and I have to say I am extremely satisfied with the result. First of all, what a tremendous convenience to be able to have this service performed at home or your office and not have to deal with going somewhere, dropping the vehicle off and going through the hassle of necessitating rides back and forth. Even though he was late and couldn't call me to let me know I like to give people a chance. However, this guy was a joke! He was supposed to do a full detail inside and out with hand wash and wax. He just had two wet rags and 2 dry rags. Didn't even rinse vehicle first. Then he was too lazy to scrub wheels, and told me they were tarnished instead of just dirty. And would cost $40 more. On top of that he broke the plastic trim on the step bars cause he was standing on them to wash the roof instead of using a ladder. read more

I contacted Dolphin Mobile Detail about a week ago to have my car cleaned. Tom called me back within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for later that day. He arrived on time and after a quick walk through of the services, he went to it and I got to go back to enjoying my day off. About an hour and a half later he called to let me know he was done. Tom's Dolphin Mobile Detail came to our house to clean and completely detail our two Jaguars. The cost was competitive and Tom was willing to do whatever was necessary to accommodate our schedule. He even asked if there were any special requests or information he should know before starting. I cannot say enough about the quality of Tom's work. Tom and his son presented both cars to us as if they just came out of the showroom. Most unusual considering one car is 16 years old and the other is 9 years old. We take good care of our Jags and expected them to look nice, but got lots more than we expected. Incredibly nice and thorough job inside and out. This guy Tom shows up 10 minutes late, then says he has a policy of not calling when he's going to be late. Yet he never told me this policy on the phone when I booked an appointment 2 days before. I called him out on being late and not calling me to inform me. When he showed he seemed drunk, Very unsteady on his feet and talking in circles. After already being late and no call, I asked him to stop talking and get to work. He said no he wasn't going to do the job, I believe because I was already on to him. He left me hanging. Thank Goodness!!! No one needs or wants someone like that working on their car. read more
