It's just an old Jeep to tow behind my RV, so I don't splurge on the added services; just the $10 wash for me, please! The filtration system they use is phenomenal, as the Jeep, blown dry in the tunnel, came thru without any excessive water. By the time I'd toweled off the glass the entire body was already dry. The vacuums worked fine and I appreciate that there are separate hoses for each side of the car, rather than having to drag the hose through the interior to vacuum the other side. Mister Car Wash is a chain; I've used them in St. Pete, Tampa, Fort Myers and now Viera. The experience has always been pleasant!

For years I've been watching them go down hill. First they had the crew drying cars after coming out of carwash, then the greed stepped in when they built the second location; they stopped drying cars. They even had a discount after getting an oil change from on site Valvoline Instant Oil Change Today was the cake! When I pulled up to pay I guess the manager was trying to convince me to buy the monthly service, which I declined 3x and informed him I had it before and not worth it. I paid and pulled up to the very young girl who looked pissed at the world. She directed me on the rail and walked away. The carwash was sped up more then normal and before I knew I was at the exit. Usually I drive off, but something told me to vacuum and look at my vehicle. The reason I went to carwash was to get sand out from the under the carriage and wheel wells. After vacuuming I went back to front to complain and the young girl was there. Told her I wanted to go back through because it didn't clean my wheel wells and you all sped up the carwash. She said, nothing in the carwash cleans the wheel wells. I told her she was wrong and yes these clean the undercarriage. How dare a 16 or 17 yr old tell a 60 yr old about the carwash. How many others has she done this to. If you DONT like your job, then quit!!! Make a long story short. The original kid who rang me up (I guess he was the manager) agreed with me and radioed to the girl to let me go through again. And low and behold they slowed the carwash down when the water began to spray and my truck was cleaned. Neither of them pre-rinsed, which I made them do this time.
