I will be honest, this place is all sorts of ran down. The canopy's are faded, there's yellow tape everywhere, only a few vacuums worked and after I came out of the car wash I had to put some weather stripping back in place. I got "The Works" which cost me $24. Nowhere near the value especially with all the competing car washes popping up. I recommend going elsewhere, truly a disappoint and in Viera of all places. read more

Use at your own risk. If your car is damaged, or parts gets torn off, Tommy's Express Car Wash will not replace it. I had a piece that covers the windshield on the side come off. Credit to Tommys workers found the strip, and thought it could be easily glued on. I have a BMW X5 M5, and will not risk a glue on. BMW stated the glue on the strip damaged the strip and it needed replaced. BMW replaced the part for free, but the strip cost $345. I asked for reimbursement and was denied. I have to say that hand car wash services are in really low supply around Melbourne. I come from Miami where there's one seemingly at every street corner. After noticing that my apartment building's pressure washer unit was broken, I decided to come here for a $14 full wash. I typically hand wash and detail the car myself but today I just wanted a quick cheat code and I was hoping to God my clear coat wouldn't get scratched too badly from these machines. My car was very dirty, after months of grime, so I had to manually clean a few spots at the end myself. I did notice some light scratches on my hood also. The wheels were barely clean, I had to manually do those too. The nice thing is the very fancy looking rug cleaner and dryer. For $14 this seems like an expensive service but I think that's just typical of the area. There's a lot of new car washes popping up but I wouldn't trash my car's paint for being lazy. read more

First time to this business- I was supposed to get "The Works". I came straight home, as I didn't need to vacuum the interior. I live 2 minutes away, and when I got home, it was obviously a basic wash: The rims were still a bit dirty, and the tires were not "dressed". I doubt that my car got a ceramic coat, as the hood was squeaky clean. I have a membership, so I'm not sure why (when my tag was scanned) I ended up with a lesser service. Wow! Great car wash! I was able to experience their free car wash day & now my car is sparkling clean! All of the staff was very friendly. The car wash lane has a track that fits all tire sizes which is nice. There are plenty of vacuum parking spaces to vacuum your car, too. They have membership packages available with express lanes for members- windshield decals that are automatically read as you drive up to the members' car wash line. How cool is that?! The machine rips top of bed off and scratches paint on new truck and destroys top and other damage and owner never calls . Supervisor on this picture said the owners will do nothing!!!! Im a disabled Veteran and the supervisor felt bad and felt bad he did not notice this issue but owners are worthless!!! Thank God the top did not go though the windshield of person behind us. I liked this car wash when I went the first few times after it opened, which is why I am giving them at least 2 stars. Although I stopped coming because after going through the car wash, my license plate was bent outwards on both sides and my car had new scratches all over the hood and trunk. I know car washes need to be rough to clean properly, but my car shouldn't come out scratched. read more

Great new car wash! Just opened recently and I'll definitely be back. I've been twice. My car is so clean. The dryers are drying the car and not leaving water spots. Finally found a local wash that can do that. The employees are extremely friendly. I had one guy come out to free vacuum area to look over my car and ask what I thought of the wash job. I appreciate that the employees seem invested in customer care and opinion. I signed up for the package with one free month and so far I plan to keep it. read more

Been a Monthly Member since moving to the area a few months ago. This is an Automated- exterior only car wash. The plusses- a long tunnel that's very cool looking. Lots of brushes. A roller at the end ingeniously shines your Tires. After you exit, you can pull around and Vacuum your car at one of the dozens of stations. The big negative is- this Car Wash is TERRIBLE at getting LoveBugs off the Grill of your car! They really NEED a Human Being with a pressure washer and maybe another with a manual brush to work those Buggers off before going through. They will let you go through again, but I wouldn't want to subject my car to all these extra, unnecessary trips through. Apparently they are constrained by their Corporate Bosses in Michigan (no Love Bugs) as to how they can operate. But if you aren't getting my Car CLEAN, then Adios!! read more

Done with them. Was excited at first. They are in a good location and have 3 lanes to enter including some dedicated to pass holders meaning it you will not have to wait behind if the car in front of you is purchasing for the first time. But as you turn the corner and prepare to enter the bay the situation becomes irritating or worse. There is often no one there. They are in the juxtaposed office often and only after you get up to or on the rollers do they come out. There is a digital sign supposedly telling you what to do but as much as I pay attention and follow that sign it hasn't stopped them multiple times from screaming at me as my pass through and asking me to stop or backup. The lane seems thin as it as knocked off rubber pieces of accessories I have on my vehicle. That never happened to me at Mister Car Wash. when you leave the bay and turn left to exit there are cars coming from the vacuums from your right. I find that a bit precarious. I am sick of the irritation of entering the bay and am simply done with this car wash. Mister Car wash may be less technologically sophisticated but it does the job without as much irritation. read more
